Room was clean.

Not particularily.

The cleanliness and excellent customer service from the staff,the ease of parking and location to amenities.Coffee shop next door they also do breakfast

Breakfast was lovely. Omelete was amazing!

The room was beside the driveway. A little noisy.

Central location was good. Staff were welcoming and efficient and anticipated our needs. Off street parking at the venue was straight forward and convenient. Housekeeping staff were thoughtful and thorough. Rooms were sparkling clean and kitchenette was well equipped.

What's not to like. Venue exceeded my expectations

The Pool and Jacuzzi are nice, especially the atmosphere. The name oasis seems super fitting here. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room we had was quite small. The beds were just semi comfortable.

I have stayed here a number of times now. Two of my children live in Townsville and I like to stay here when visiting.The cleanliness is amazing and it is well-appointed and comfortable. It's easy to walk around town and go up Castle Hill. Very quiet. Nice pool to sit in and read a book.

The oasis out the back was gorgeous and so relaxing! The rooms were large and comfortable.

It was all good

The outdoor tropical feeling they provide, my children loved the pool and play area. The staff were all so wonderful and very welcoming.

I loved that the staff were accomodating. We could bring our pet pup. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful view of the pool.

Only thing I did not like was I didn’t get milk in my fridge so I couldn’t make coffee in the morning.

Absolutely fantastic beautiful clean room. Staff are so helpful and friendly. The coffee is the best in Townsville city.

Rooms are simple and clean. Perfect for us to stop over. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

It's just like a 2-star hotel — the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We will never go back again.

That was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was not clean and smelled bad. The towels were stinky, the toilet was dirty and stinky, and the bathroom was awful. No hand wash was available. They didn't clean the room during our stay. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Great service from Brendan when we checked in and also to provide us with a microwave when requested. He was also very hlepful with places ti visit and things to see and took the time to explain the layout of the City etc.
