Good price, handy location, good staff.

Very convenient and staff were easy going. Always eager to assist. All.equipment worked properly.

Only the laundry timing. 11am to start a bit late.if you.plan an early day.out.

Like the location and size of room.

Have stayed here before and liked the motel. However the room we stayed in this time needs maintenance. Wall behind bed and beside bathroom had water dripping down from rain and water pooled on floor.

Clean and comfortable. Receptionist was very welcoming and assisted with any questions.

Comfortable bed, free continental breakfast was great, room was nice and appeared to be recently renovated. Good location, and friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend and would stay again

Location was too far away from everything. With no shops in the area I would have liked more tea sugar and milk. Staff did not ask us about ordering breakfast on checkin nor inform us about the time limit for ordering so we missed out on breakfastf

There was a chain on the door for security but if someone was breaking in that could be broken. The doorknob lock could be broken easily with pliers. Being on ground level I put the chairs against the door as I would wake if there was an attempt to break in. One softer flatter pillow would have been good.

Had all the mod cons including aircon . Near food shops .

Only negative thing i could possibly say is that it was right next to busy street . 7

Everything. Check-in, the room, the staff, the pool, everything was 100% fantastic.Jerika and Leanne were awesome and super friendly. Definitely one of the best hotels around.

Honestly the only thing would be making it a bit safer? The area is pretty rough at night and people walking past can be quite loud, agro, etc, and can cause dramas if they walk into the hotel carpark/courtyard area. Even a little more light out the front, perhaps illuminating the pathways either side of the driveway in?Regardless the place is awesome.

Shower water pressure was not goodReception didn't let us know about Breakfast as room came with but we didn't have any because it was not made clear.Room was not cleaned for my stay ran out of essentials.

Everything: location, rooms, check in and out, value, comfort, the staff, carpark, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT.

Except... The homeless people who are given rooms and end up causing trouble, disturbing other occupants, making noise all night, and that wander around the carpark and the hallway walking up and down past your door at 4am angrily talking to themselves? That's one thing, that could be so easily fixed. They detract from the family-friendly vibe, make it difficult to relax, and shouldn't be allowed to abuse the rooms and the hotel.In my eyes they're bad for business, and will sour a good reputation.

Great location & clean

Around 7.30/8am someone tried to enter t room (no knock) but had a key to open. Only reason it didn’t open was due to t chain across the door. Confirmed we were leaving that day, which we were. A knock first wld of been good, otherwise a great stay & ease with a 8.30pm check-in.

Insects (geckos) could be seen in the room. Room lights/power was operated by inserting the room key to the socket. As there were no switches, have to take the key out of the socket to off the lights, before bed. As a result, air conditioner also gets switch off.

Parking is right at your front door, it was clean and beds were comfortable

Staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable.
