Shower leaked

The position of the motel was just what we needed. Everything was clean and staff most helpful.

The room was spacious. Motel in great location. There was a ceiling fan which was handy considering where the air-con was located.

Hard to step in and out of bath to have a shower. No where to hold on to, as lip was very wide with tiling and bath edge.

Very friendly staff, clean tidy and comfortable room. Perfect actually. Will be nack.

Being on main road it can be a bit noisy but that is to be expected.

The room, and bed, was comfortable for our needs.

Unfortunately, the premises cater well for smokers (we are non-smokers). Consequently, the stench of cigarettes and smoke was always around when we exited the room.

As i was travelling to have dental surgery, I was impressed to find a recliner chair in our room. The location and ease of getting to where we needed to go was easy. Venue was very quiet.

Awesome stay as usual. Great service & staff. Very comfortable bed. Bonus having 7/11 next to the Motel for Slurpee & Donuts :)

Room was clean, beds were comfortable and amenities were adequate. Staff were very helpful.

Cant fauly easy walk to local pub shopping centres short drive hungry jacks short 5 min walk servo next door for early morn coffee.Staff very friendly . Quiet even though a lot of workers stay here

Hot water heat and pressure drops when another room showers at same time, could do with a refurb.

Clean, great beds, wonderful staff.

Easy to find any fairly close to town. Room was well furnished and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Good shower.

It was a Saturday night and there was a fair amount of other occupants moving around till fairly late.

Was a neat tidy room. Perfect for a stop over that we needed. Staff were very helpful when we were delayed due to floods and unsure how long we needed to stay.

The location, and the staff were friendly & helpful and easy to move around. You find that you are at home already on your first day.

Nothing really, all good and I will stay there again on my next trip.

Bathroom vanity bowl cracked. I do prefer a motel that has a restaurant that is open at least on weekends.

Room was large and had a big TV, and a huge shower. The property is also doing what it can to keep you safe and put pipes over the outside door handle so you can only open it with your key. Staff were lovely and they also give you a lil bottle of fresh milk for your room.

Now this is us just being fussy, the pillows were really flat and there was no facecloths. I always pack one though when I travel as occasionally you do come across places that don't supply them in the rooms with the towels.

They haven't refunded my $100 deposit after I rang through my card number as I checked out before the office was open.

Once again, a last minute to stay overnight as we were all so tired from travelling. The location was great as it meant we didn't have to deviate our travels and the pool was just what the kids needed after a long couple of days on the road. Two televisions in the room was unexpected. Lots of food options close by and by past experiences we know that shopping centres are only 10 minutes away too.

Thought that the larger bed would have been in the separate room not the two single beds but we were all so tired it didn't really matter.
