Laponia Hotell & Konferens

Excellent staff, very friendly. Great and calm atmosphere, very nice!

The coffee from the coffee machine could be a bit better taste, but everything else was fine.

Comfortable bed, great staff. And breakfast was amazing!

The dinner menu in the restaurant was extremely limited and they didn't have the wine we ordered cold.

This hotel is a great place to stay : the room is great, is located near the supercharger, near the lac (and the restaurant), it has a great swimming pool, a gym, ... not sure what you could ask more

Check in/out was weird with the automatic system that doesn't seems to work... maybe a bit expensiveTesla destination charger have been removed :(

A very cool small pool and sauna. Funky interior, brutal exterior. Good breakfast. Nice soft bed, linen a bit weird but not nasty.

Reception on arriwal was a bit clueless, did not offer us keys to the room?

Quiet room, good parking, breakfast included.

Quiet room, good location, easy to find, full breakfast included in morning.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was quite good. WiFi connection was quite fast. Blackout curtains were necessity, since it was always bright outside even midnight. Bed was comfy.

There were no ventilation in bathrooms, it steamed whole room when I showered. Also, No refrigerator. Hairdryer was very dirty / sticky.

The location, breakfast, dinner, the stuff and the swimming pool

It was summer and the rooms were hot No AC

The bed

Bad internet and tv not working to look movies, really need to be renovated, old carpet in room

Location, room, staff and breakfast.

Everything was in place and working, but the hotel need some TLC to look more modern.

Breakfast - Good. Food - GoodRooms - comfortable

Dinner (first night only) - service unacceptable slow. Did not eat there again.Car park - sometimes difficult to find a slot.

We had a fancy renovated room with a good bed! The breakfast was customary and served us well.

Superb

The only negative was that we arrive at 21:00 and although we rushed to go to the sauna (that closes at 22:00), it was already closed and we informed that it will open again the next afternoon.

Room was good, staff quite helpful and interactive. Breakfast was very good indeed, plenty of choice. Room was very quiet. Shops and eateries not far away. Wifi was good

Breakfast buffet was exceptional. The wait staff was very helpful and friendly.

TV reception was spotty and pixelated.

We loved the use of gym, pool and sauna facilities. We had a lovely evening meal and breakfast.

The room was nice and tidy. Thanks for the balcony the main course was ok and the breakfast had everything you could ask for and the reception was more than helpful. Friendly and kind. Thanks for the upgrade

It was a little overpriced if you ask me and I didn't enjoy a microwaved blueberry pie

Big, comfortable room. Good WiFi. Lots of common areas to sit. Friendly front desk staff.

Overpriced, probably due to lack of competition. Disappointing breakfast given the room cost, served in a sepulchrally dark room. The lift appeared to have been obtained second hand from a 1980s multistorey car park.

Nice room, comfortable beds. Huge breakfast. Top class restaurant. We stayed here for the second time, spent only one night, but definitely want to come back.

The swimming pool was great and refreshing. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. There was a small kitchen in the room which was fantastic for a family vacation.

The scrambled eggs weren't great.
