We checked in at 6pm we had a two hour window till our Avent. We going to do the hot tub and shower before we left. The hot tub would not turn on. After checking it out it was cool and had a lot of dirt on the bottom. We asked for a refund was denied

The person at the desk who checked me in was very courteous. helpful and polite. He even offered to carry my luggage in for me. I needed a room that was on the first floor and near an exit he was able to provide that. I wish I could remember his name.

The same family has owned for quite a while now. They greet with a warm welcome and smile. Upon check-in, they provide a "goody bag" of bottled water and a couple snacks. It's a nice touch. Quiet property and convenient location. I stay here every visit.

We checked in at 6pm we had a two hour window till our Avent. We going to do the hot tub and shower before we left. The hot tub would not turn on. After checking it out it was cool and had a lot of dirt on the bottom. We asked for a refund was denied

The convenience and the shuttle service were great.? friendly front desk staff too

The front desk staff seemed annoyed when asked to do their job, the room door was broken and needed to be lifted to close, the fridge was broken, there were loose/broken outlets, and worst of all, I found bedbugs when packing up after the two night stay.
