Clean, friendly staff, better quality than expected (room features, A/C, etc.) based on other reviews.
The person at the desk who checked me in was very courteous. helpful and polite. He even offered to carry my luggage in for me. I needed a room that was on the first floor and near an exit he was able to provide that. I wish I could remember his name.
Comfy bed. Friendly & helpful staff. Very quiet.

Cons -

Parking was somewhat limited.
the bed was too high, the chair at the desk to low and just plain uncomfortable.
