Cons -
- Minor complaint but the entrance door is not automatic. It?s a single pull door. It?s an older building, but they are doing a good job renovating it.

- it took us some time to get the lights working, the laps connected to the wall switches were unplugged so we needed to move furniture to get to the outlets. overall temp in the halls/rooms was warmer than we'd prefer, even when turning down room temp.
