Beautiful location close to Kruger park. Owner is attentive and helpful.

Very beautiful and peaceful place. The host and cleaning staff were super friendly.

Unfortunately the dogs made our stay very uncomfortable especially the 2 brown ones as they were always on attack mode. My 4 year old was almost attacked but luckily my husband was there to quickly pick her up. Please lock them away as this could have been a very traumatic experience for people who are terrified of dogs. They ruined our stay and we were there for 4 days.Please also consider adding a kiddies play area as there's not much to do besides the swimming pool if you don't plan on going out for excursions.

Beautiful rooms and an amazing garden! The owner was extremely nice and his home-cooked dinner and breakfast were exceptional! We loved the place and wished we could have stayed another night.

The staff was welcoming and it was clean.

The roof was a mouldy leaving an unpleasant stench to the room that made us cough.

Fantastic lodge, amazing garden setting and wonderful accommodation. Highly recommended, semi rural setting yet only 5 minutes to White River town.

The road outside was atrocious. 500m of gravel with potholes. Had to drive ( in a saloon) very very carefully. A 4x4 would be fine I imagine.This is a public road and the owner is doing his best to get it repaired, so no fault attached to the guest house.

I was a big fan of the following:The peaceful environment.The comfort of the room.The swimming pool experience (water was not constantly cold or hot)I like how there are towels available for everything.

I was not a big fan of Netflix not working because it forced me to have to attempt watching movies from my personal phone.A slight suggestion from my experience would be adding a small broom & mop or cloth in the rooms for visitors' convenience.

Clean and a nice outside facility

The place was beautiful, relaxing and quiet. We prepared our own food and it was nice. The staff members were excellent always willing to assist.

The place was fun to be at, however, their standard of cleanliness needs to be upgraded. We were met by crocoaches and ants, although the bed linen was clean, it was too old to host visitors, the poles that supports the thatch were also dusty.

The place is about 30km from Mbombela town and about 5km from White River CBD and a few kilometers from the Kruger Airport. Everything about this place is perfect.

We booked for 2 nights, had to cancel and booked elsewhere for the second night. The amount paid is not worth the place. The room was depressing, it needs upgrading,/ renovation. Or maybe if you are looking for 1960's styleThe mosquito net looks dull and dirtyTowels were very dry.

Staff attitude was exceptional, Mr H the manager/owner made me feel at home even his employees were great

Free WiFi Lovely Breakfast Comfy rooms and wake up to birdsong.Can self cater but the owner was happy to order us food from a local pizza place.Appreciate him going that extra mile

The host is excellent. He has lots of advice and good tips for having a great travel experience. The place is neat and tidy, rooms done in a theme which was well done. Breakfast was amazing, especially his homemade bread.Beautiful grounds. A lovely peaceful place to visit.

Holger was very professional and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was great at communicating.The rooms were theme based...and always clean and in prime condition.Breakfast was amazing and so worth trying his homemade bread!Pool and the grounds were beautiful.Internet was reliable.Very convenient to the KMIA airport.

Not sure I have much to say here....we will hope to go back!

It was my second time in Thokozani, and I enjoyed silence and natural surroundings. My family loved it, especially my two girls loved the bunk beds and breakfast. They can't stop talking about milk and chocolate drinks. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
