We love the room, very comfortable and spacious. The amenities are very good,

Despite the manager, the staff there were not very friendly

My wife was hoping for a bath but only a shower but no shower caps provided, not serious.

Wifi didn't work. Quite a lot of traffic noise. Closer to the main road than expected

Nothing at all. Slept only one night of my two night stay, had to check out very early in the morning, not impressive. Wasn’t even interested in their breakfast.

The place wasn’t worth the price, don’t understand why this is a four star hotel. The rooms were very disappointing, even though clean, except the toilet, which had a dirt rim. Very sub-par for a four star. Very noisy outside, not sound proof. The glasses are not the same, the quality of the towels, not even 3 Star uses that. Not impressed at all.

Noise on the main road during the night of heavy vechiles

The location - the hotel is next to a charming shopping area with lots of cafes and unique shops.

Everything was up to the standard. We enjoyed the stay.

Perhaps a little better control of the noise levels throughout the night could be improved upon. The TV in the room have very few channels and the quality of the TV was not great in Room 7.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, nice luxurious room, comfy bed and nice view from room. Nice large pool. Central location. Next to a nice shopping centre and lots of restaurants. Five minute drive to Whiteriver. Staff are very professional.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast and dinner were really nice and good value for money. The location is convenient for the airport.

Close to some restaurants, staff was nice, room was spacious. There is a great gallery next to the hotel, and also a car museum.

The air conditioning unit in our room proved to be unreliable, cutting out repeatedly throughout our stay. Although the fan provided some relief, keeping us cool, it was not an adequate substitute for a functioning air conditioner. We hope that the hotel will address this issue to ensure a more comfortable stay.Another concern was the disappointingly low water pressure in the shower. We strongly suggest that the hotel investigates this issue and takes corrective action to improve the water pressure.

Thy dnt hv space. The outside space is not well i soo wish thy can just buy the whole place and make it nyc for people to walk around nicely. Ther just nothing to do thy dnt hv the outside. When ur ther ur in ur room and thats it

Beautiful Hotel

The staff were extremely rude, on the night of the 25th and the morning of the 26th , they were not helpful at all. After me paying, they continuously brought up non payment two seperate occasions were I actually had to go into my banking app and show them the funds went off. Not once I showed them twice. The morning we checked out we asked nicely for our luggage to be brought down , were the staff flat out ignored the request. After breakfast that was disappointing for the amount paid, we asked about it the reception rudely stated I said it was coming. We had to load our own luggage not offered any help.The night of the 25th we ordered room service from the restaurant over for R500 they got both our orders wrong. The music from the bar was extremely loud and we couldn’t sleep. For the ridiculous amount charged above R3200 per night the service is horrendous, not a boutique hotel ill recommend any time soon. Food from Magnolia was disappointing. I was very excited for my stay here but was shocked to be honest. When I asked over WhatsApp to let management know , I was ignored
