Hotel 247 @ White River

Friendly reception staff, changed our room when requested and breakfast in the garden area really great. Great breakfast selection and awesome omelettes. Great restuarant on site as well

It was n town and easy to get t our destination. It was affordable ?

Place quite and nice not many people at the place

TV channel not clear. My WiFi was problematic

They were accommodative; I made the booking very late but was still treated properly.

Unstable power supply and the shower couldn’t produce hot water.

Over priced and being woken at 04:00 am by the staff having loud convos by near my door

Clean, comfortable. Delicious breakfast, beautifl garden and atmostphere

Hot water is shared amongst the guests. So if one guest showers too long, no hot water for the rest of us.. hostel vibes.No fridge is present

The staff was friendly and the rooms were neat.

Room 315, the water was cold all through our stay, we showered with cold water, we only had hot water on Saturday morning. We reported the issue on Friday the day we arrived but it was resolved for Saturday morning only. Please check your geysers that they are in good condition before you accept visitors. I don't know whether they were trying to save electricity or not , also the lights in the rooms were off , we were given portable lights.

The plugs in my room did not work, I had to go ask the receptionist to charge my phone, but overall everything was great.

There was some WiFi problems. Kept on kicking us out..

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They did their best to make sure that we feel comfortable and welcome. They are always willing to help. The food was perfect. The property is beautiful.

We have stayed there 4 x . Of the 4 x 3 x no hot water , had to move rooms or go shower in another room and go back to our room as the sleeping arrangements didn't suit us. When u check in the say, run the hot water tap for 5 mins to get hot water???where do u get this in a modern hotel. We very very upset with them as now for the 3rd time no hot water in the rooms.....

Urgency , my TV was NOT playing , i told reception it took almost more than an hour…There was no electricity like nothing

TV channels only catered for soccer but no rugby. Warm water took extremely long to get hot. Wasted a lot of water. Closet is too small. Kettle did not switch off automatically.

I attendent a meeting at Robs and you allowed my partner to stay little bit longer

We definitely recommend Hotel 247 for people requiring an overnight stay at reasonable rates in White River - and in fact we were very well looked after, allowed an early bag drop and late check out while our car was repaired - and staff were very friendly and helpful. Booking.com facilitated all of this for us, got us a discount - and breakfast included Thanks to all.

Ideally a lift but we managed baggage up one flight of stairs. Hot water a bit slow - but came in the end!
