just as I remember it as a kid. Lovely setting Nice food

unfortunately there was a very rowdy bunch in the rooms next to ours and although its not the Hotels fault it made sleeping very difficult .

The rooms were nice and clean and the cleaners were very nice.

The reception staff were very unhelpful and everything seemed like a huge task for them. There was no choice for food and were told if we wanted a la carte it could only be served in our bedrooms. There was a conference on while we were there and it seemed all attention was given to them with no regard for others.

Older Hotel with decent rooms good location and extremely friendly staff.The kitchen and food on offer is average - Coffee machine was broken - no cappuccino or espresso available - dinner buffet was unfortunately only luke warm

I recently stayed at Pine Lake Inn in White River, and it was a wonderful experience! The breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the calm atmosphere. The silence from traffic made for a peaceful stay. Highly recommend it!

it was a lovely experience! The location and view were absolutely stunning, making it a perfect getaway. I also think you should promote water sports more; it would be a fantastic addition to an already great stay! Highly recommend it!

Breakfast were great with plenty to choose from.

The cost of dinner. I have stayed many times at Karula in white river and their dinner bed & breakfast rate is the same as your bed & breakfast rate. I also noticed that most of your guests including ourselves ate dinner elsewhere because of your pricing. I was also charged international banking fees by booking.com although I paid full amount and I’m from SA. Then when we got there you were running a special pay for 3 nights and get 4 free. I wasn’t offered a discount or anything.

The view to the lake was beautiful, I enjoyed it.The stuff was amazing, very helpful and full of smiles.The rooms with their bathroom are well taken care of.

The fact that there was no entertainment during the day

The peaceful surroundings and beautiful lake /pool views made for a relaxing stay. The pool area was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times

The breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly and the venue was easily accessible.

Maybe to put the small fridges in the rooms.

The Check in was seamless. I enjoyed the quite and peace of the place. The lake view was excellent. Their breakfast was very delicious.

I didn't like the fact that there are no bar fridges in the rooms. I had to drink my water and energy drinks warm.

The location was great, enjoyed the pool side and friendly staff.

Rooms not clean, furniture old, tv was not working, Airconditioner noisy and not blowing cold air, staff not friendly.No fridge in the rooms, no ice buckets, we not given ice when we asked. No cooler box allowed so cannot store medication and food that require refrigeration

Beautiful place , with breathtaking scenery. My family and i loved the resort and would probably come back again and the breakfast was amazing

The rooms were not properly cleaned, there were bugs , stains on the sheet. There were spider webs on the curtains and ceiling

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms clean, beds comfortable I would really love to have your pillows. ? The view was the most wonderful.

The mats or carpets made the room stuffy maybe it's because I have sinuses.

Good Breakfast - decent Dinner prices more than reasonable - will definitely return

Loved the friendly, helpful staff.Breakfast was great.Supper was very average.

The pillow, the overall shabbiness and datedness of the rooms, eg booking toilet seat, mould on the bathroom ceiling, TV limited to one channel, no fridge in room, icky carpets.The Inn doesn't compare favourably with, for example, the Protea Marriott Hotel in Mbombela.

The GM was super extraordinary as he helped with my situation where the clients were not happy with the standard room booked. So awesomely changed my booking to make clients happy. I guess I should've understood better with the description standard......

The view, the lake and the place on its own its giving it was so refreshing

there's no refrigerator in the rooms of which is not fair
