Staff at the restaurant (both shifts) and housekeeping old lady (who was assigned for toiletries and coffee, Saturday morning)

We didn't get what we booked for. Duty Man was irritated and resolve by booking us to old and dirt facility claim venue is full. Day 2, upon day visitors arrival establishment rules were changed to manage day visitor and we were inconvenience.

i liked the decoration of the restaurant and the peaceful of the swimming pool. The chalet is spacious.

we didn’t have wifi even if at our arrival they said she should have. This place is good for groups but not for families . On weekends, no gym and no pool room open. The darts, pool table and the table tennis were broken. The AC was leaking outside and we had to ask to change the batteries of the remote tv.

buffet breakfast and dinner were great, the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. Ntiyiso was incredible. Check in process was smooth.

The chalet was very untidy, bedding not clean, had marks for both rooms, the floor was dusty and had ants. No hand soap in the toilet. No effort was made at all. I was so dissapointed

Absolutely loved everything about the resort. From the security who welcomed us at the gate to the waiters and cleaners who serviced us.They were exceptional. Please give Priscilla, Canothin, Banele, Brenda and all the cleaning stuff a raise or a bonus. They know the true meaning of customer service.

Speed of internet, clean rooms and service.

The flies in the dining area. They can be controlled by a fan.

The atmosphere and quiteness.

The fact that my room's light was using the door card n I was given only one. I suggest 2 cards be issued for the 2 purposes(lights & door)

The room was very spacious with a king-size bed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. It is equipped with a bar fridge and a coffee and tea station. In addition to the spacious room, the bathroom was just as spacious as well.The breakfast was delicious with a lovely variety and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect and overall, it was a very pleasant place to stay.

The staff was friendly. We did not buy breakfast and dinner. Bed were tired and wearing out.

The rooms were adequate and clean but without microwave which I believe is essential. Breakfast was expensive that is the reason we did not buy and the dinner was more expensive, we did not buy it either worse it was not going to be a buffet. The beds are tired atleast at room H22 and H17.

It has almost everything that you'd need and the staff is friendly ... I even got the chance to hit the gym do a few workouts it is really a great place for a family to go to.

The restaurant's menu didn't provide many options.

I attended a conference and enjoyed staying on the premises. Any request was accommodated by the friendly staff.

In general, everything from security service, admin service and the stay.

It was disappointing to be promised a Buffet and only to find an A la cante service without any form of communication in advance.

There are no air conditioning in the bedroom and there are mosquitos, no protectors on the windows

Breakfast ,cool place, our bedroom so open. Security guys at the gate.

No activities like spa,horse ridings, quad biking game room,gym nd trampoline, sauna,steam rooms nd in doors swimming pool

The pool.

Limited entertainment, rooms need to be upgraded, bedding wasn’t changed (slept with kids). Braai at the pool would’ve been great. No festive feel.

Cleanliness and size of the rooms

Only 1 swimming pool on the entire resort, no activities to do on the resort besides eat and sleep

The environment is peaceful and the staff are exceptional.

The curtains were dirty at the bottom, the cupboard that the fridge stays in is very old, the sides are coming out The toilet and basin are not white, there’s brown stains as is it’s not being cleaned. The soap holder in the shower had old soap stains.

Staff is very friendly, they go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Breakfast is great, dinner is at an average level nothing fancy ,but overall it's good value for money.

Bathrooms were not clean at all. We requested all 3 of our rooms to be next to each other but didnt get that so was a bit inconvenient

The pool, great wifi connection, view

The tv kept failing, the deluxe room beds was uncomfortable, we would appreciate towels by the poolside, also we would appreciate a braai area for lesuire
