    Pros +

    • 1)The meals were exceptional 2)The environment is very child friendly though we did not come with a child 3) The location is perfectly located for tourists
    • The accommodation exceeded all expectation. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The premises is very neat and provides a great experience when exploring the property. Beautiful nature and scenery.
    • Busi at the front desk was welcoming. Breakfast was amazing as well as dinner. Love the rooms, a bit outdated though, super spacious and comfortable beds!! Oh and the views from our room, my word! We enjoyed everything about this property. We will definitely be coming back!

    Cons -

    • 1) The queue for eggs especially for those who wanted the omelets option is always long, so if they could at least have other options( scrambled, fried, boiled) always available then we don't get to all wait.
    • Customers who make noise at night while sleeping
    • Our bathroom did not have blinds infront of the window and it was located in a passage where other guests could likely see if the lights were on.

Dear Premier Hotel The Winkler Team,I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the most beautiful experience I had at your hotel this past weekend. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warmth, kindness, and such genuine hospitality. Every single one of you has the most beautiful soul – it truly shines through in the way you treat your guests. You made me feel seen, welcomed, and completely at home. The hotel itself exceeded every expectation I had. It is simply stunning – every detail so thoughtfully done. And the food… absolutely delicious! Every meal was a delight.I honestly wish I didn’t have to leave. My stay with you was everything I didn’t even know I needed – peaceful, joyful, and filled with love. I’ll definitely be back, and I’m already looking forward to that day.Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for such a magical and unforgettable experience. With heartfelt appreciation,

Our family room was well prepared, very clean and the staff were all very efficient, breakfast was also lovely.

Our bathroom did not have blinds infront of the window and it was located in a passage where other guests could likely see if the lights were on.

Good location. Stayed here 50 years ago when the hotel was buzzing ..Staff were excellent. Hotel virtually empty.Restaurant very mediocre.Online booking via Marriot virtually useless. Tried many times then opted to use Booking.com which was easy but with limited meal options

More guests would enliven the place and staff

Everything about the place is beautiful the staff was so friendly the buffet breakfasts so nice and fresh the place is quite birds are singing it is just giving peace of mind and all that breathtaking moments

Their sewerage system should be fixed I dnt think their 100 percent the toilets could easily block

What an amazing experience, the staff there is so friendly. The food is sooooo nice. My partner was very happy we celebrated her birthday here, away from the city life.

Although for us it was not a train smash but the shower is too small for two people it only accommodates one person. For bigger bathrooms just make sure you book their suite rooms.

Beautiful property and views.Pool was sparkly and the chairs so comfortable. Doggie bed provided ?Nice games room and spectacular reception area.Antelope roam free on the property.Delicious breakfast.Very friendly and efficient staff.

The buffet dinner was a let down. Food not up to standard. Dry chicken. Chewy beef chuck. Rolls not proofed properly and raw.

    7ColetanePosted on: 1-19-2025

Location execeptional. Room was beyond our expectations.

Meals need to be raised to four star rating. Chefs need more control over menu AND ingredients. The hotel has huge potential.

    3LeratoPosted on: 1-6-2025

    The staff was very friendly

The double bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. I hardly slept the whole weekend even though they swapped our bed.The dinner menu doesn't cater much for kidsToilets are so high that my 4 year old couldn't use them without any assistance No bathtub, had to make a plan of how I am going to bathe my child The TV channels need to be improved honestly The room corkage is ridiculous

The peaceful environment, the bedrooms and the helpful staff.Julius the 2 managers and the ladies!!!

The noise and behaviour of the other guests.Despicable

    10AminaPosted on: 1-4-2025

The hotel is very clean and organised. Rooms are comfortable. The pool area is clean and tidy. Very well accommodating of pets and food at the restaurant is delicious, including the breakfast.

The reception staff can be a little more professional and welcoming.

    10NsovoPosted on: 1-3-2025

I liked everything about the place, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are very clean, Amos made our stay enjoyable. Surely we will come back.

The hotel was beautiful and we got water refills every day

The female staff members specifically had poor service.Daily room service: could put empty bottles back into the fridge and small stuff like if an empty smarty box was left it would still be there. Didn’t organise the room neatly.Restaurant service: had to look for the waiter or we would be ignored. Most female staff won’t even great you at the door. For the breakfast buffet, out of the five days we were there we were only asked once if we wanted tea and coffee with our meal. I believe this treatment was mostly because we were a young couple because I noticed on the last day the older couple next to us was given all the service needed.Reception: we once called for a bottle opener, said they would bring it and just never came. Last day receptionists wasn’t even concerned if we enjoyed our stay and was a bit condescending when we had questions.Again, this was specifically the treatment with the female staff because when a male staff member assisted all our needs were met and we didn’t even spend most of our time in the hotel so annoying that we could even spot this. Definitely took away from our experience because the actual place we thought was beautiful. We did not outright complain, we just won’t be coming back.

Staff needs a bit of training and apart from front desk most of them lacked a smile on their faces.

Breakfast on our last day things were not as fresh and minimum activities for kids.

Beautiful property, great rooms, friendly staff. Everything was perfect and will certainly go back. Good location to numbi and phabeni gate

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Grounds were well maintained and neat. Breakfasts were amazing.
