Very old. Poor bed and facilities, old towel, nothing in the room besides ac and empty fridge

We called and canceled I also tried to cancel thru booking.com Bad location bad entrance booking kept saying something went wrong after filling out your cancelation information.

They made a mess to store my car, the rude attendant said he asked to pick up my car and lied, the other attendant didn't like my complaint. The note on my car number was wrong on the parking paper, it took more than 30 minutes to bring my car, and it was a paid parking and room service!6. water leak in the entrance hall, which is dangerous for traffic, as they did not identify it as dangerous, as the hall is too small.7. the beds were very comfortable. room was spacious. shower was warm. breakfast was nice. good air con.

noise levels from other guests. we had two teenagers ring our bell for our room at midnight and kept bothering us. people running up and down the halls, hanging out in the hallway playing music.

Simple clean room with good location for walking around and shopping. Bedsheets and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was good

Room was on main road and traffic started from 4am, no real soundproofing. Also Aircon unit on wall near floor so didn't circulate air well

Location was great, it is close to many tourist attraction and many good restaurants around. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Internet was really bad. I have requested many asswords on frontdesk and it never worked. Breakfast could be improved. There is not enough electricity points in the room
