Hotel Nacional Inn Cuiabá

The swimming pool and breakfast were the best parts.

The room on the 7th floor which is the top floor was very noisy. Constant noise from the roof and the street. The pool table nets were all torn and the pool cues had no tips (easy repairs). The door key card never worked and I found my door open after returning from the pool. While in the room the door to the room opened again on its own. The T.V. control was taped together making it difficult to use. The battery was loosing contact and needed adjustment. Easy fix. And this was their superior room. I've stayed here many times and never paid for parking this they charged 10.00 reis. Maybe they'll use the money to fix the pool ? table?

Breakfast

Unable to switch T.V. to English. Apparently only the upper level rooms have cable. Where I live there is limited access to channels, when in the city I enjoy a good movie ? or two.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, onsight covered parking, swimming pool and pool table. Great location and comfortable accommodation.

The hotel is well located, near many main points in the city. The shower was great, warm, large bathroom. The room was also very large and comfortable, with a closet to keep my belongings.

The need was a bit too soft for my taste, but that's my personal preference. Breakfast was all right. The pastry options were many, but not very tasty. There was a party going on in the neighborhood behind the hotel so it was loud at night, until late.

The staff was amiable and helpful. Also, the breakfast was quite nice and with plenty of options. Considering the location, it is nice and peaceful.

The pool was not operating. the room was dark and facing the street a lot of noise got through. The internet was not stable. Light was right above the bed and too bright. there was no night light in the room..

The staff was incredible

I didn’t feel safe. The elevator button on the 6th floor was broken, very unsafe. The motion detector lights waited too long to turn on, meaning I was walking down an unlit hallway until right before opening room door. My room was close to stairs. The motion detector lights would turn off too quickly, and would turn off while waiting for the elevator. I felt unsafe as a result. The hotel was noisy due to traffic and animals nearby. The windows were closed by metal screens, meaning and not glass, so all outside noises were heard.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The shower had black mold on the shower screen and the drainage on the shower and under the sink was always very smelly.

It had a good structure and it was easy to access.

The food had a poor quality, the bathroom towels weren’t changed and the bedroom weren’t so private (we could listen to the people of the other room talking)
