The couch in our deluxe room was very uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom was too small, for a deluxe room it probably should be at least a queen size. This bed felt like a double.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Haapsalu, just a walking distance away from all attractions. The rooms are tastefully designed and luxurious. The breakfast is an experience on its own with an emphasis of fresh local ingredients. Weather permitting, you can enjoy the sunny terrace and enjoy your breakfast there. The owners are super friendly and helpful making the whole stay a truly remarkable experience.

We loved the high quality interior, the overall design and breakfast was lovely too. The staff was friendly too.

Cozy, clean, friendly and walking distance to town.

No lift for mobility impaired people but there is a railing to balance on when using the stairs and property kindly assists with luggage.

Great location - very close to all the sights. A very tastefully decorated room. Very quiet. Lovely breakfast in the courtyard - the hostess was happy to accommodate our special nutritional requests. We had booked the room for one night but liked it so much that decided to stay one more night.

There was a small confusion with the early check-in but it worked out.

Wonderful guesthouse experience. Spacious room with a kitchenette. The common spaces are cozy and the breakfast is delicious. Great garden on the back yard. You might catch a glimpse of the owners fluffy dog.

No cabinet in the room, only one rack in the entrance. The bread selection could be better in the breakfast (ie. croissants or freshly baked bread).

Old Hapsal Hotel is situated close to the charming old town and attractions. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, reflecting a high standard of maintenance and care. The owners have dedicated significant effort to building the hotel in the style of authentic Haapsalu architecture, which we especially appreciated. This added a unique and charming character to the property.

While the bed quality was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep, the room felt cramped and lacked practical amenities. There was limited space and few facilities to enhance convenience and comfort during our stay.

Cosy, fresh and charming small hotel. Great location in Haapsalu close to Väike Viik. Nice breakfast and lovely staff. All one could need.
