Rooms are a good size and pretty clean. Bed was comfy and the additions of a pool and sauna that was open until 22:00 was a bonus

No real gripe

Excellent hotel, great customer service ,lovely evening meal and fantastic breakfast with great staff

Receptionist Holly was so friendly and helpful - really made a last minute stay for Big Birthday very special, thank you - a real asset to your company. Will be using HI again due due this positive experience! :-)

Staff was friendly

The rooms was cold, and the soft bed was so thin and uncomfortable, the plug in the bath had broken and it had a rusty nail holding it in

I booked breakfast for 2 people and when we went to get breakfast I was told it wasn’t available until 7:30am. Very poor as most hotels will start breakfast at 6:30/7am

Receptionist wasn’t very welcoming when we checked in, didn’t really acknowledge us and seemed preoccupied.

Easy to access off the motorway, all staff became into contact with honestly couldnt have done more for us if they tried! Dave GSM and Abby the waitress in the resturant in particualr. Pool and spa facilities were gorgeous, very clean and well maintained. Pool temp lovely.

Dim lighting in the main room we stayed it, although bathroom lights excellent.

Not made aware of the cheaper Continental breakfast option at check in.Bedside light not working.

Room was kept clean. The bed was always made every day and very polite staff

Fridge not replenish every day. Mold behind the curtains lots of condensation running down the wall in which effected my breathing by the end of the week

Everyone was very helpful but particular mention to the night staff who were cheerful and friendly at the early hours of the morning!

Clean and dogs welcome

The room was far too hot and there was no way to turn the heating down.

Reception staff friendly and very helpful. Comfortable bed and good en-suite, both very suitable for older person (me!).Location convenient for me when I visit family.

I don't know that it could be made better, but there can be a very long walk from reception to room. The car-park entry and exit can be a little confusing (especially since EV charging bay installation). Way into carpark could be better signed and entire route from public road could be better lit for those arriving after dark. The first time I stayed there I thought I must have taken the wrong turning off the road., as it seemed just a dark country lane.

Good location for us and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast which used to be excellent has gone down hill. Even though we arrived at the start of breakfast the hot food was dry and tepid. No bacon Monday morning and when it did arrive was burnt and inedible. There was no bread or pastries out on Sunday and eventually we had to ask the waitress who looked blankly at me when I told her there was no bread. Pastries were stone cold instead of being warmed beforehand. Generally very poor and not worth the price charged. Despite having confirmed we had a ground floor room when we checked in we didn't although this was changed but not with our bed choice. The card to open our bedroom door failed on each night we were there - very irritating as reception was quite a walk from our room. No apology given - just said they had some faulty cards.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was quite, the facilities and the breakfast was very good.

The only issue was the sofa bed wasn't comfortable to sleep on.

Being woken up at 8am by the cleaner twice asking if I was checking out now, we had book the room till 12pm

They did not have our reservation. The rooms allocated( I refused the 1st one ) were not not suitable for an overnight stay.

The room was clean and tidy and accommodated our dogs on the ground floor

The room was too hot and we were unable to turn the heat down
