The 1645 Inn

The staff was nice, we were upgraded since the restaurant was closed (this had been notified in advance). It was also very quiet.

A bit unlucky with the annexed Pub; we asked if it would be open and they said yes, but when we went (8:30 PM on a saturday night) the guys said that it was closed.

The mattress was a little too springy for me. The heating could have been put on earlier for arrival.

Great little find. The accommodation was fab, clean well appointed had all we needed. Staff and owners were friendly professional we felt well cared for during our stay. Food was excellent and great value. Highly recommend the pie dish and the fish. We plan to come back when we next visit- thank you!!

The staff were extremely helpful and professional. Parking was convenient.

The room didn't have a fridge, but the staff supplied us with one which was great.

Not too far from Nairn and nice cosy bar with nice food.

The warm welcome from the staff on arrival was very good.The service at the bar and restaurant was quick and staff were courteous and attentive especially Ellie who was on the ball ensuring great service with a smile, very refreshing.I am looking forward to staying again soon.

Food, dinner and breakfast was good, well presented, good value and tasty. Every member of staff we met were absolutely great, friendly and helpful.

Everything you needed in the room, really clan, fab shower, staff were helpful, all mod cons, make up mirror was a nice touch

Nothing we didn’t like, just personal preference would be nice to hv choice of king size bed& also maybe a shelf by sink just to put toiletries would be a bonus

No choice on first day no choice only continental but no milk. Better on next 2 days

It was very cold no heating on had to ask for extra blankets gave us a heater which turned out just to be a fan.

Booked a second room for family but needs updating, although discounted. Mattress uncomfortable, needs replacing and bathroom a bit small. Would have liked shampoo and shower gel offered like other hotels.Would have liked breakfast to be included in price.

Perfect stay for our needs, this family owned business was a brilliant stay. The owners worked exceptionally hard to make it a very welcoming stay. The food was really top notch, in no way appeared bought in form outside. The lady of the house appeared to work hard in every aspect, as did the gentleman of the property, they seemed to share the responsibility of making you very welcoming. The staff were polite and eager to help, no complacency here.A great stay with nice people and very nice food.I wish them every success.

There was nothing not to like.

staff at the breakfast were far from welcoming.... almost to the point of being rude,So much so that after a long wait to order, we upped and left and headed to McDonalds.
