Pros +
- Visited parklands several times over the years and it is still one of my favourite places to go for a nice spa night away. Friendly staff in the hotel and restaurant and so welcoming. The spa area is lovely and so relaxing and the food options and cocktails are amazing too! Will definitely be back again ?
- LADIES AT RECEPTION ALWAYS WELCOMING
- The staff were attentive & friendly.
Cons -
- BAR SERVICE
- The hydrotherapy pool was out of order, this was told as we arrived. I would have like to have been told at the time of booking due to this being included in the price.
- They served me bacon in my breakfast when I am Muslim. I clearly stated on the breakfast sheet that I didn’t want any bacon. I guess a simple error but I was deeply annoyed.

Clean, friendly and helpful.

The room and the location.
The noise coming from the venue below and I’d asked for. Quiet room due to having a long car journey and then getting up early the next day.
Spacious rooms and bathrooms, unlimited access to spa facilities, decent food and drink and good value for money. Comfortable beds.Quick and easy check in.
Pillows we're too hard, could benefit from softer Pillows.
Excellent dinner.Exceeded expectations.Lovely spa
Changing rooms. No sockets for hair appliances
Very pleasant service. Very clean and comfortable.
Good hotel in a nice location
Most of the staff were very helpful except the person who checked us in .
tHe location and the bed
room run down. Lack of water. Insufficient of towels
We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the room was. The en-suite bathroom was huge and well laid out with separate shower compartment (large) and bath (large). The spa and pool were very well maintained and clean. There were no loose or missing tiles in the pool or jacuzzi and the hot tub/jacuzzi was so large you could mistake it for a swimming pool. I will definitely go back.
There should have been more lighting in the swimming pool after dark.
Again a parklands stay is the best way. We had the best time bed so comfy, food amazing leisure at its finest and staff that make you feel like family what more can you ask for it was our pleasure thank you too all staff and see you all again soon. Antonia
Substantial breakfast and dinner. Wonderful spa and quiet location.
Nothing .
Spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet location, easy access, plenty of storage
The night light over the door was too bright, no fridge for milk, restaurant/bar was too noisy and too TV-focused - ate there once but would not have wanted to do so a second time,
Location, facilities, staff. Everything!
Very well appointed
As always was a great experience for our little family we loved it. My sons were living the life and loving it first time at Parklands with us and had the best time a great family feel hotel they both and ourselves had a great time at the pool also and the boys didn't want to leave the bed they were that comfy thank you for having us.
Beautiful hotel, spa nice and relaxing and amazing staff couldn’t be more helpful
Room, pool and restaurant all excellent. Comfy beds, big room. Friendly staff.
Room was lovely, bed was really big. I had requested some extras in the room before we arrived and got everything I asked for and even a birthday card left for my partner and I! The staff who work in the restaurant were also really nice and made me an alcohol free daiquiri as I am pregnant.
Nothing at all. Liked everything.
Lovely big room. There was a wedding on but we couldn’t hear anything which was a relief
Having to walk through the restaurant to use the pool etc. wanted to use a fire stick through the TV but the socket was too far away. Had to purchase an extension socket as reception didn’t have any spare
