Donington Park Farmhouse Hotel

Lovely location. Good sized comfortable room. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. A lovely stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Really pleased with the whole experience , staff excellent with nothing to much trouble even with us moving to another room. Breakfast also good.

Lots of character and in a good location.

Bright Green exit light in my room which was ON all night Coffee machine makes very watery coffee - breakfast was only ok for £12

Very clean and Quiet surroundings. Lovely views

Attended for the wedding of friends. Brilliant evening.

Local road signage to-from the venue to the A50 absolutely terrible!(No fault of the venue).

The staff did their best to make our dining experience pleasant as we were the only guests. They lit the fire and gave us some good ideas of places to visit.

I think the tart had been microwaved as it was rather hard It was ok though and I did eat it!

The people, the location, The rooms.

Breakfast could have been more attractive in terms of options. Coffee could have also been better.

Disappointing bar and restaurant facilities,

There was not soap in the bathroom. the shower had no shampoo or conditioner. The room is a lot smaller than protrude on website. Breakfast wasn't included. The bar and restaurant facilities were not great.

Authentic farmhouse style. Large and well decorated rooms. Great on site parking. Lovely venue for a wedding but a little cold in the barn for an autumn/winter wedding. Very sweet courtyard. Great customer service at the bar and restaurant. Food was nice too. Perfect for an intimate celebration.

Quite expensive for a one night stay and it didn't include breakfast. Would have enjoyed a cocktail at the bar but obviously not a deal breaker!

A Beautiful Hotel in the countryside. Friendly staff, clean, tidy, comfortable. What more can you want...The Menu is small but the food was excellent. It's not a new City hotel so don't expect glitz and grandeur. The views are beautiful and it was lovely to wake up to postcard picture out of the window. The breakfast was great with good coffee.

Slightly dated bathroom but it's a historic country hotel. Could probably do with a self contained shower rather than a bath but that's personal preference. You will hear the race track next door, but that's a positive for me.

Breakfast and location excellent could not fault it.The location was good for myself as my Grandson was racing, I could walk into the track.

The stay could not have been any better.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel and room were clean. Lovely outdoor area for food and drinks. Gorgeous view.

The area. Beautiful room and hotel. Lovely grounds. Attentive staff. Comfiest bed, ever! Breakfast and wedding meal superb. I would recommend anyone to stay here, it's such a wonderful place.

Considering the overall size of room 5, the shower was not in keeping. The entrance to the shower is very small and does need to be reconfigured. Also, we prefer a soft closing toilet seat and a plug that works in the sink!! We would have given the score of 10 if it had not been for these minor issues!

Not a lot. Parking was OK.

Pancakes and bacon were awful with a dribble of maple syrup it was not really edible. Room was tired and rundown (room 3). My wife's breakfast of scrambled eggs was good though.

Food is fantastic and lovely coffee machine

Only being able to pay by card! the card machine didn’t work all was ok with my bank details and correct pin but as I tried 3 times it blocked my card so had to leave my lovely chilled glass of Prosecco as I only had cash in my purse.

Beautiful courtyard room. Lovely and cool on a very hot weekend.

Well maintained propertyProximity to Donnington Park

Bar and seating area very small. Not good for socialising

Perfect for Donington racetrack

Breakfast was not early enough. Needed something at 06:30. All locked up

Beautiful surroundings, well kept property, lovely gardens, great room, welcoming and friendly staff who also made our dog welcome and didn’t put us in lesser room because of her presence.

Noise from East Midlands Airport as hotel is directly under the beginning of the flight path. (I had no idea it was so close) I was wearing good quality earplugs but I was still awake for hours because of this.

Staff, breakfast, room furnishings, cleanliness parking , general ambience

The room was extremely hot (circa 29 degrees). The small room fan was inadequate. The rooms need air conditioning. The only solution was to have the windows wide open all night , and then I was subject to frequent takeoff/ landing noise from aircraft as East Midland Airport is only a couple of miles away.
