The bed was very comfortable. Great tea and coffee making facilities. Pub was very nice. Breakfast across the road at the deli (included in the price) was good.

Gisburn is a village at a junction of main roads so a good place to travel to and from, but maybe not a romantic destination

The standard double room and spacious bathroom were spacious with all amenities as listed. The room was clean and lovely crisp white bedding. A large, comfortable bed.The owner had arranged a facility to have breakfast at the deli over the road- beautiful breakfast.We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food

After a busy bank holiday weekend the bar sticks were low on spirits. However the staff were really helpful and friendly.Price was high as a last minute booking.

Very good breakfast. Good evening meal despite bank holiday. Location at crossroads very useful.

No wifi though a temporary problem

The previous tenent had left at very short notice and the new people took over at a few days notice. Despite realising he most probably would not get paid they honoured all bookings already made. We were given a clean comfortable room with a great onsuite bathroom. As they had no breakfast chef appointed yet they had arranged breakfast for us at the nearby Deli at their expense. We ate in the pub most nights and the food was excellent and plentiful, the staff were friendly and helpful. We hope to go back sometime soon.

I just wish I could be sure they will receive the money we paid Booking.com when we booked

Overall we had a brilliant experience, stayed because of a wedding nearby, hotel was really nice, location was lovely. Staff were brilliant, especially the lady who booked us in and looked after us while we were there, breakfast was really good, and we had an evening meal as well which was very good. No problems at all the staff were very attentive, nothing was to much trouble.

We were very impressed with the staff as they went out of their way to help us. The facilites were good .The only issue we had was the shower was a bit tight to get in to.We have dogs and they were taken into consideration too.

I really liked the White Bull.The owner Peter was very accommodating to my wife who is Gluten and Dairy intolerant and didn,t hesitate when we asked him to book a taxi.The room was warm and comfortable.I would highly recommend it as a place to stay which was also very reasonably priced.

Close to wedding venue, nice big bathroom, great breakfast

The bathroom was tiny the toilet didnt flush, The sky lights don’t have anything too block the light out so at 5 am we was woken up

The location was great for a local wedding. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

No staff were around as the pub didn't open until midday. Breakfast was included, but we were not told it was served over the road, and contact numbers were useless. Poor quality blinds let light in and green light by the door (which we know is necessary) needed taping up and covering. Otherwise, it was as bright as day in the small cramped room. It's such a shame as £141 is a lot of money for next to no service.

We'd booked Bed & Breakfast and when we got up in the morning the pub was locked up and nobody around. There was no information in the room to say where we'd to go for breakfast. Fortunately a member of kitchen staff turned up & phoned his boss. We were directed to the local deli for complimentary breakfast which was lovely.

The welcome was friendly. Staff were polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

I had asked for a twin room but we got a double. The room smelt a bit.

No mature staff just casual young people. Only us staying in building all night . Food poor. Black mould in shower.Shoes covered in snail trail in morning.Double bed very small.

Nothing was too much trouble. I was arriving late from a days walking. They kept the kitchen open and I had a delightful fish & chips. The room was excellent also

The bed was comfy and the room was a good temperature.

The room wasn't very clean. Spider webs in the bathroom. Made up Coffee still in the coffee pot. Breakfast wasn't the greatest either. Snotty eggs and a hair on my ham.

Staff attitude, not friendly or helpful.Toilet didn't flush, TV not working on arrival, room was cold.Following complaining to the staff, all rectified but considering cost of room, these issues shouldn't have occurred. Breakfast average

Breakfast was good. Staff were very young, inexperienced, and not very welcoming. Faulty Towers springs to mind.

Bathroom was not very clean, top clean but not good enough.
