The Ribchester Arms

,,,, Decent hotel / restaurant on the approach to Ribchester ... ! Nice cosy traditional rooms , modern bathroom , Had a good meal in the restaurant ! price for room and food was reasonable !

not a lot !

The staff and the food were excellent.

The place was noisy and lacked maintenance. Cobwebs were everywhere- both inside the rooms and mainly outsideThe decor was dark and depressing and the low light levels didnt help.

The staff were very friendly. The room was excellent with good facilities. The pub food was lovely and we could not really fault the place.

Ideal little over night stay while getting some walking in, really relaxed county pub and restaurant, good food and drinks and the rooms were lovely.

Comfort and decor

Dinner. Very poor. I complained about mine. My partner didn't although his was poor.

The location and the facilities were fantastic. The staff could not have been more helpful. The locals we met were fantastic as well, so we will definitely be back…..soon!

That we were not able to stay longer.

Beautiful rooms very quiet lovely staff would would book again

Nothing was all fantastic and family run

Staff really polite and friendly. Food very good, freshly made and hot.Location suberb and just as described.

Excellent stay, clean rooms, great food and the staff were happy and receptive, Highly recommended place to stay in a beautiful part of the world.

Nothing all was good.

The bed was brilliant staff were helpful

The WiFi couldn't connect to the smart TV

Rooms excellent

Breakfast only starts at 8 and in fact on the day I stayed it was after 8 before they opened up which is a bit late for business travellers

Great friendly welcome on arrival. The room was superb, better than some 4 and 5 star hotels we have had. King size bed. Fridge in the room with fridge, complementary water and orange juice. Breakfast was limited choice but good standard. Used the restaurant and good menu range reasonably priced and enjoyable. Will stay again!

Nothing!

Large room in older building, quiet location

Bathroom was new but nowhere to put shower gel, shampoo etc, bed was a little hard but that's a personal choice

Loved how friendly the staff were, the pub food and breakfast was excellent, fast service. Bedrooms nice and big, beautifully decorated, peaceful surroundings.

One of the two rooms we booked didn’t have a heater in the bathroom, and the radiator wasn’t producing any heat. The staff apologised and provided a portable heater.

Individual with character. Nice setting. Friendly atmosphere.

Could do with a bit of a tidy of the decor. Bedroom door would not open past 45degrees, awkward to get through. Lovely new shower but could do with a shelf for toiletries.

Lovely room. Spacious and clean. Tea and coffee selection was amazing. Fresh milk and orange juice in fridge.

Our room was lovely - nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We dined with friends one evening and the food was superb. Generous portions, great quality and very good value.Breakfast was very nice too and plenty of parking.
