    Pros +

    • Cheap and simple
    • Large room, small shower, great price for 2 nights and a 5-10 minute walk from Victoria line tube station. Warm room with street view, not too noisy (except music from bar downstairs; which stopped well before midnight) Very friendly barlady!! Great value
    • Fantastic staff.

    Cons -

    • The rooms were nice, especially for the price, but the ceiling leaked on one of the beds whilst we were out, but the guy at the desk set up with another room within 5 minutes
    • The "Reception" is inside the bar and when the bar is closed it's impossible or when the bar is busy it can take some time before you're helped. Our tv was missing the remote, was going to be sent to room, but never arrived in the 2 days stay.
    • They could do with a bit of WD40 on the locks here and there. Some power extension cables to plug a kettle in, like, and oh yes no need to throw away bed sheets, but warmer colours wpould be better, rather than teenager boy blue if you know what I mean.

We've used this hotel for many years, staff is friendly, prices are cheap. And close to Tottenham stadium

We spent two nights at the hotel to attend a Tottenham Hotspur match. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the stadium. The hotel pub does not serve food, but there are plenty of African and Asian takeaways in the surrounding area. The room was clean but very small, and the bathroom was tiny as well; however, it was good value for money. West Green Road is not very nice and is quite dirty, although there are better areas close to the hotel. We arrived from Stansted Airport by train to Tottenham Hale station and then walked for about 25 minutes to reach the hotel. On the way back, we took an Uber, which was more expensive but definitely a quicker option.

Great location, great place. Staff let us check in early as we were watching a football match this day. Clean and fresh place to stay. Reasonable priced and small touches like tea, coffee, milk and cereal for morning. Would definitely stay again of travelling for the football.

We were on the top floor, and you could hear like a boiler type noise every 30 minutes to an hour that went off after a little while. This was unfortunate, but did not fully ruin our stay.

Shower was about the only thing I liked but even then it was tiny

Room was dirty and upkeep was very poor. It was noisy all night and the room was too hot. Couldn't open a window to get some air, and it felt like an oven. Very disappointed with the room and my stay overall.

The location for us was brilliant. It was near Seven Sisters Tube station and near our family. It was quiet, felt safe and had everything we needed.

It would have been nice to have fresh towels each day. The Internet didn't work in our room

    8EoinPosted on: 1-11-2026

Great location for Tottenham Stadium. Close to public transport and shops/restaurants. For the price it is, no complaints.

Nothing - We got a basement room, but the quality was not what they advertised on their site. We had to decide that we couldn’t stay there any longer than a few hours. We agreed with the staff to cancel our reservation and requested a refund since they were unable to provide us with another free room. Unfortunately, that never happened.

The room was in the basement, which felt depressing and was located next to the kitchen. It was dirty, and the air was musty and had a foul odor; it seemed someone had smoked in the room before our arrival. The walls were damp, and we were unable to open the window properly to let in fresh air because it was blocked. There was continuous noise coming from an external air conditioning unit near our window, and there was no wardrobe to store our clothes. The room was not at all representative of what we saw on the booking site. After leaving the hotel, I couldn’t get in touch with the manager through the booking chat platform despite several attempts, nor could I reach them directly via their website — I received no response. Additionally, Booking.com informed me that they were unable to contact the hotel as well. Unfortunately, I paid the full reservation amount, which was charged to my wife's card before we saw the actual room, they still haven't gave my money back.

Location was ideal, so close to the Underground! Plenty of shops and cafes etc around. True craft some of the best pizza I’ve ever had!

The fact the pub closed at 11pm

I'd read the reviews and so was a little apprehensive about staying, however it was absolutely fine. Our room was really big with a decent sized bathroom and good shower. It was clean enough and had a table, chair and coat stand. There were sockets by the bed and a fridge for you to use. Check in was easy and the man who showed us to our room was friendly.

As other people have mentioned, the breakfast is just packets of cereal and UHT milk, but we knew that. The walls are quite thin so you can hear people in the corridor.
