The Boleyn Hotel

The staff were super nice and kind. I like the nearness to the city center, bus and train station. The view of River Thames is beautiful as well. The quality of the room amenities was generally great. Parking was great.The breakfast was very good as well.

Nothing we do not like but a little GYM space would be good.

The bed wasnt comfortable, the walls super thin (I could hear the conversations, TV and snoring from the room next door) BRING EARPLUGS! They sprayed some perfume in the room, had to open the tiny window to let it breathe as it was intense.

Good value. Comfortable room. Large clean modern shower. Lots of free parking, close to river Thames & Staines centre yet in a quiet location with other nearby pubs. Good breakfast included.

Very quiet hotel. Slight noise from internal ceiling fan in room we couldn’t control. Didn’t see any other guests whilst there! That didn’t bother us but strange to have breakfast as just the two of us.

Too noisy in the morning, TV was too small,not much room in the bathroom.

Room could have been cleaner. The heating was controlled by reception so contacted them to adjust it! Dust chains and cobwebs above bedroom wardrobe and virtually no toilet roll!

Nicely situated just a short walk from town centre (or what is left of it!). Good for what we needed.

The room doors are heavy and shut very loudly so you could here everyone coming in and out all the time. The actual insulation from the next room wasn't that good either. Lastly the shower and sink took a long time to drain.

Great location, clean room, relocated bathroom was nice, good breakfast and very helpful staff. Free and ample parking spaces. Easy drive to Heathrow.

No elevator but we were given a ground floor room on request so it didn’t bother us.

This is a little gem! I was working in Chiswick but my usual hotel was too expensive so I booked here. I'm so glad I did! I think they've had a refurb since I was last here and the Boleyn is fantastic value for money. Free car park, spotless room, nice staff and a super breakfast - I think it's fab!! The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious too

There wasn't really anything I didn't like

Spacious, clean, highly maintained and a superb location. Staff accommodating, helpful and friendly on our Christmas stay, whilst visiting family. The rooms were superb and a lot larger than we expected. The beds were so comfortable. So quiet, absolutely no noise of doors banging, or cars outside. Rooms dark overnight. If I am being perfectly honest, I’ve stayed in quiet a few hotels around the world but for comfort, this had to be one of the best. Thank you, truly.

Not a single thing

staff were fantastic. A party downstairs was quite loud and they moved us to another room without any problem. Couldn't have been nicer.

Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and fresh breakfast. Really comfortable room. Great location - literally a short walk over the bridge and all the shops are there.

I can't fault it - it's great value for money. It's a shame the bar and restaurant isn't open at lunch but the Swan is literally a hop opposite and great food and good scenery of river.
