Pros +
- Riverside walk and views. Sauna and pool
- Beautiful setting with peaceful surroundings, staff were welcoming and attentive.
- Beautiful spot on the river and only minutes away from Heathrow
Cons -
- Carpet in our room was stained. Lack of flexibility on check out. Someone had charged drinks to our room and it took forever to resolve
- The extra features such as indoor pool & sauna are being updated, these features were missed for that reason. I also found if you are looking for a bit of night entertainment this is not the venue (it¿s just peaceful which is not a negative).
- They didn't have our reservation, we had to pay much more

Food choices very good, room good,
10% charges added on to purchase of food and beverages.
Very clean and beautiful room. Amazing food, relaxing spa. Great massage, nice atmosphere.
Everything was pretty good but some of the staff weren’t as polite as they could have been. Spa area could also do with a bit of renovation. Still had a great time though.
The entertainment was excellent . The live lounge is a wonderful space to relax. Food was very good .
The coffee in the breakfast room could have been hotter. The breakfast buffet was also only warm. Great selection.
Having stayed with warners before we new what to expect, but because we booked last minute we didn’t have much choice of rooms, however the room was ok and the bed & pillows extremely comfortable, the tea tray was also very generous and there was water in the fridge so no complaints. The evening buffet was varied and the breakfast was very good.
Because we booked last minute we had a room with no bath & no river view which I would select if I went again. The entertainment was disappointing as the feature act was Led Zeppelin, which we would not have booked had we known, but only went because it was a last minute Valentine’s Day trip.
Restaurants and Gym
Reception staff very negative and unhelpful. Restaurant staff superb.
The location was excellent right by the river. The food and drink was very good with plenty of choice. Brassierie 32 was superb with good service. Pool area was good. Not a massive amount of sitting areas. It wasn’t too busy though. The rooms were clean and well fitted. Entertainment very good. Board Games etc available to play .
I had a poor experience with reception area solving restaurant bookings but it was eventually resolved.
Clean, friendly, no problems
We stayed for one night and over the course of the 24 hours 3 staff entered our room because they thought it was empty as it said on there system
The food, room, and spa facilities were very good. Some of the staff were more efficient than others.
staff. decent food. pool/spa facilities. riverfront walk. decent room.
speciality coffee poor. lack of cosy quiet (enforced mobile phone free) area to relax in.
Spa was fantastic, lovely location by the river
Room 1070 seems to get a lot of noise from the hotels washing machines, which can be heard spinning early in the morning and late at night waking us up.
Nice location
I requested a room with a river view; the view I had was a flooded car park and a delivery yard. First evening meal was cold and poorly presented in on the plate. Food choices were limited and not very inspiring. I chose the Brassiere as I thought the waiter service would add quality to our stay and the food would be freshly cooked and not be kept in heated trays as in the Buffet restaurant. The breakfasts were cold, not fresh and tasteless. On the second morning l sent my scrambled eggs on toast back as it was cold. The waiter took my plate back following my complaint and provided a replacement. This too was cold, not fresh and inedible. The spa would have been nice if it were not inundated by electricians replacing faulty lights and painters painting the walls. I counted twelve workmen along with ladders an platforms. This hardly provided a quiet and relaxing environment. I booked this hotel as I thought this would provide a quality stay to celebrate my wife’s milestone birthday. The only enjoyable moment was having a nice meal on our second evening in a pub a couple of miles away. Finally, as, let me say, mature people, I thought it inappropriate for the staff to repeatedly referring to us as “you guys” and following our thankyous, respond with “no problems”. A quality establishment would not tolerate this!
Fantastic breakfast and great staff. Amazing variety of food on offer.
Poor quality coffee
Breakfast by the river v nice. Some crackers would be nice as well as bread.
Desserts not v healthy at dinner. Please make more fruit available, there was just a bowl of mango & another fruit.
Relaxing areas and live entertainment.easy parking acsess.
It is hotel for seniors which does not say anywhere, which we did not mind but got stared at the whole visit.Forced breakfast bookings, changed room from deluxe to standard without informing us.constant letters through bottom door gap about card not registered although we had 2 rooms booked and card was registered.pool areas worn out.cleaner came in through the door although-do not disturb sign was on.
Great location by the river Thames and close to Windsor. Very comfortable with everything we wanted for our mini break.
We liked everything, however it would have been nice to be able to watch the rugby six nations with the sound up.
Spa. And spacious. Nice bar and breakfast too.
