Nice location

Spa said all services fully booked but come to find out it's just not open. Dirty room, smelled old and musty. Nothing like the pictures. Got in the shower to find zero hot water. Had to get dressed to walk to reception because the phone didn't work.

Beautiful hotel in all areas .. friendly staff..large room...clean and comfortable...great cooked breakfast.. perfect for our needs would stay again

Room had a musty damp smellElectrical panel breaker kept tripping- reported this to staff who reset it but did not determine the fault - had to keep resetting ourselves and we determined what the problem equipment was and reported to reception.

We were staying in room 37 the room itself was very nice but we were kept awake due to an air conditioning unit outside our room also at approximately six in the morning we were disturbed by people on gym equipment just down the corridor we will be back but not RM37

The location is lovely

Very disappointing Easter weekend. Pool is additional costs service very bad and hated upsell call before arrival. Weak internet food average will not visit again

Room view was over the road. But road was very quiet.

Hotel really needs investment, worn carpets and outside the veranda was filthy with weeds and rubbish. Gym is in need of service and the outside area on view had upside down firepits chucked in corner. Lack of attention to detail. Breakfast - yoghurt was sour and fruit not great, fridge management poor

The hotel , the food ,and the service was very good. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. The gardens were well looked after, and the paths were clean and tidy, even with all the wildlife, coming and going.

The sitting area near the pond is nice. Luckily it was sunny and warm day so we could sit out for a while chilling out. The breakfast area by the pond has a good view.

I do not like the decorations, feeling a bit dim. Glad we asked for a room with lots of light.

Reception very good and staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel spacious and the delightful outlook onto the Pond .Food delicious.

Booked for a birthday treat but was a little disappointing. Booked Sunday lunch and was poor so we ate in the evening at Pizza Expressway in Farnham. We then went to our room which was good but in the middle of the night were awoken by.noise from air conditioning unit. At two o’clock in the morning we had to change rooms as the noise was intolerable. Didn’t get to sleep until 4am. Complained and were assured we would get a call from management. They didn’t .

Garden chalet. Could do with a good deep clean. Felt damp in room. Extractor must be struggling. Maintenance fixing air extraction on various adjoining chalet’s. No staff about when you need someone. Spar is ridiculously small. Food and drinks too expensive for what you get (Horrible steak). Rubbish. Steps loose leading up to horse statue. Nearly went over on that.

Beautifully located hotel that probably comes into its own in Summer. Very modern bathroom in my room in the single storey annexe.

The room I was given had a very strong smell of a cleaning product when I arrived and when that cleared it smelled stale. I believe the carpet needed a full commercial cleaning or even replacement. I also found the slightly past its prime heating system hard to get working reliably, although I did keep warm.

Lovely location and excellent hotel. The spa massage was excellent.

At dinner, my wife's steak was tough and wasn't eaten. However, as a token, we had puddings free, which was a nice touch. At breakfast, the milk in the coffee maker had turned, as it wasn't cleaned out the night before. Again, my wife was nearly sick, having partly sampled it.

Staff were really friendly. The food and drink were nice. The hotel and surrounding areas look lovely.

There were some odd smells upstairs. The smell of rubber and a damp smell weren't nice, although not unbearable.The air conditioning didn't seem to work very well and there were two screws missing from the top vent cover which looked unsafe.

Potentially a lovely venue pretty setting . Beds v comfortable & room ultra clean.

Not clear signs re parking charges so got stung for £15.60 for night parking.Our room right on edge of the rd and given its country retreat we were woken up x3 with Lorry’s changing gear racing away . Rubbish collection around 5am. The food was barely mediocre top end prices v disappointing. On the back of dinner we cancelled breakfast .

The room had a good range of facilities and the staff were polite and responsive

The room was very, very cold and, although there was a combined heating and a/c system, there were no instructions to operate it.
