Reception and front of building could do with some tlc,but for the size of the building it was pretty clean and works where ongoing.

The location is great ,very spacious room with a nice sea view

The curtains were falling down and very thin and let lots of light in

I know it was out of season however, only saw a member of staff on arrival and we had to ring them to check in.

Views were great and location. good rooms size.

No visible staff , only if you telephone. I know it was off season but if your going to close everything (pool,dining room bar) then don't bother opening completely shut and do renovations that are needed. Everything just looks dated.

I booked a single room but was given a double which was a nice suprise

There were no working radiators so the whole place was cold. There was an electric heater in my room which warmed it up ok

We were upset as room temperature was below than a human can survive and hotel central heating was not functioning .Hotel manager empathised the situation and told their maintenance people.can only come next morning.We couldn't sleep in the room with the alternative room heater provided so we requested for a I.. ediate checkout the very next day morning .Still awaiting for a full refund .

Quick resolution and refund as agreed with property manager as we couldn't continue in the hotel .Resolution taking more time even though they agreed to do full refund .Booking.com is telling awaiting for property side.

We understand that it was the Christmas period but the room was freezing with no heating on and a portable heater that worked periodically. Our 81yr old mother made the most of it. The breakfast was mediocre. Cold some days hot on others. The tea was cheap. The dining room freezing.The good points were the staff (when around) were friendly and the sea views. I'm sure in the summer months it is more attractive.

Had to wake reception, at 5:00pm! Called for manageress who came in pyjamas. Room was cold. Beds were exceptionally poor quality. Pool was closed and advertised breakfast wasn’t available and had to settle for toast and coffee. Bar was closed, and no entertainment. Also told doors would be locked between 11-6am and couldn’t get in or out unless we phoned reception. Not sure what would happen in case of fire!!

Staff were very helpful, nothing was too much for them.The beautiful view over the sea from our balcony.Very pleasant stay.

The water pressure for the room shower was not good.

The room we was originally given was very dated like 1970’s. With seaview an balcony. So we ask to be moved an was upgraded to family room on ground floor with patio furniture overlooking the sea lovely view an next to the lift to go down to the seafront

Being unable to have an evening meal when we arrived!!We asked at reception and she had to check with kitchen!!!!we told her not to bother!!!Also they had nice little coffee shop it was closed!!

Staff were brilliant and friendly. Pool was great. Enjoyed the entertainment.

Car park was inconvenient although not Hotels fault a coach previously demolished part of it. I would actually redesign parking and put coaches at low end as to be honest I would not risk parking downhill of them given if it happened once…

Friendly staff, room was adequate for what we required, happy hour in the bar offered good prices for drinks.

Hotel felt a little dated in need of renovation, breakfast was rather basic and the coffee was not to our liking.

Staff were warm and welcoming. Really accommodating. Rooms were clean and perfect for what we needed. Would recommend.
