Good breakfast. Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Easy car parking.
Very expensive bowl of soup and a very small portion.
Location
Our window was broken (couldn’t close properly) and fresh aire came into the room
Very good facilities, clean and comfortable room. Good location.
There were5 people. As there was with every other place we stayed. We got there and there were 2 of the smallest 1 person rooms I have ever seen, booked for us.I paid a huge amount for those 2 rooms and then has to pay again for another room. Disappointed .
It was on the water.

The warm welcome, the room, and your staff. We booked for an evening meal, and the food was stunning, I had the salmon in dill sauce
Friendly staff. Location. Food. Clean warm rooms.
Lack of parking.
Beautiful setting on the waterfront!! Breakfast room allowed us to enjoy the views as we ate
No lift
Room was a little small, but just right for the night's stay. Breakfast was good, only the view could have been better, although we had a Courtyard to look onto. Everything else was good. We enjoyed our stay there.
I had to climb some stairs although not many.
great b&b very clean comfy beds slept really well
nothing perfect in every way
Breakfast was a buffet. There were plenty of choices to make. Our room was a waterfront view, and very quiet. The hotel had just got their power back on after Storm Amy, and our room was warm when we arrived. We were warned, things may not be perfect due to the storm, but everything was perfect
Generally well maintained but not updated. Facilities are good especially hot water.
Some rooms’ layout are not good with very limited space.
Hotel is dog friendly. Very good location. Basic but adequate room. Bathroom had been updated.
Slightly dated interior. No lifts to restaurant level. Parking was limited onsite.
Considering Storm Amy stopped any Electricity supply, I would have thought that they could have provided each room with maybe a bottle of water and a small biscuit by way of ensuring they guests had sustenance. Perhaps a consideration for future?
Food could have been better quality. My bread was Stale.
room being on the same floor as reception my wife has problems with walking to far due to illness
the stay was good took breakfast to the room for my wife had dinner in our room in the evening the stairs to the dining room were to steep for her to manage over all we had a pleasant stay
