Although we had heavy suitcases and were up a floor, it worked out fine.

It did the job, one night stay with all that we needed with no problem parking.

The room I booked had an ensuite toilet, kitchenette and street side view. Due to a scheduling problem (over booking) the room I got was in the basement with a view of the parking lot, no bath room, or kitchenette. For my inconvenience the host offered to buy me a beer. I took the room but would not stay again.

A price reduction would have been a good start.

Quality of accommodation better than expected for the price point. Handy location for local attractions and amenities, off street parking, bright and comfortable room, straight forward check in procedure with proprietors responsive via chat for any issues or questions.

Shower was a bit cramped with not great water pressure, but adequate nevertheless.

Perfect location for Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway, also walking distance to sea. We didn't use the communal kitchen or lounge but the kitchenette in our room was ideal.

the hotel is studio set up with sink , fridge and microwave in the room and use of a full kitchen downstairs, good pub next door. take aways within 2 minute walk. we have stayed before and i am sure we will again.

Didn't stay as owner had door locked, and when you texted to say you have arrived as requested they don't reply! So was stranded.

Bed was comfortable.

It's more of a hostel than a hotel. It's low cost I appreciate but was still expecting a 'hotel'. No staff and seemed mainly full of contract staff working at dungeness. Strange layout in room. Cleanliness was just about ok.

Manager quick to reply to get access to room as keys in locked pada outaide it was lovely and clean little kitchenette most useful .. lady called becky helped us with tv .. lovely place defo stay again clean spacious good enough location .. not too far to walk to high street ..and beach lovely pub n staff next door too x

Nothing had a great time

The hotel was clean comfortable and had everything in the room that you could possibly want. The staff are very friendly and helpful should you need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Parking could be a bit tight sometimes.

Everything was pristine clean, the rooms even smelled nice when we entered them. There's a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and tea set. Outside the rooms are well equipped kitchens and common area. I loved the interior style and the decor, it really made the slogan "your home away from home" true:)

A clean comfortable room with a microwave, fridge and cutlery and plates to self cater. A good location near shops and next to a pub. A welcome pack of tea and coffee and small toiletries provided.

The location is absolutely perfect.

The room was very dirty, dirty cutlery, including the tea spoons, spiderwebs everywhere showing the cleaning has a lot to improve. The sink in the toilet even has dots of mould. The bed was the worst ever, we didn't get even 1 hour of sleep as it wasn't firm at all. It is summertime, and no fan is provided... they actually use winter sheets on the bed... genuinely disappointing.

Good kitchen facilities. No hairdryer found in room.

Bathroom was not clean, dirty floor and hair all over shower and sink. Towels were also dirty. Bed was comfy but pillow wasn't

Helpful host. Free private parking available in front of the hotel. Room equipped with kitchenette. Pizza and fish&chips 100m from the hotel. Grocery store in next building. It was a good overnight stay during our South-England motorcycle trip.

The location was good. Free private parking (of not taken by other guests) available. The room had an ensuite bathroom and a small kitchenette that was equipped with tea, instant coffee, a couple of cookies, a kettle and cutleries/ dishes. Everything you need for a short stay.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable (spring mattress) and you could hear the other guests next door very well (their TV, them chatting, them going to the toilet, etc.)... So, for sure they can hear you as well.

for just passing by is ok shower very good double bed kitchnette is good well equipped.
