Perfect setting for a large family get together. Plenty of space and ideally located in Brigg. Close to a park and the town centre. Ample parking and great to have en suite rooms for everyone.

Nothing! Just make sure to bring your own shampoo, shower gel and washing up liquid, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets etc. as not provided. Thee were towels for everyone but no hand towels so maybe pack your own if wanted.

Booked whole house. Had a great time with family and friends. Rooms were clean and comfortable.Close to all local amenities. Only a few issues one shower did not work in one of the rooms. No scissors or corkscrew, bought a corkscrew, which we left there, so now there is one. Would book again.

Needed a few more bits and pieces re Crockery utensils but a very minor point.

Fantastic accommodation. The amount of rooms and size of them was just what we needed and the pool / darts area was a resounding success for all of us.

Woukd be great if there was some fans to help cool us down but really, I’m nitpicking.

The size, it was perfect for our large group.

It was slightly cold and heating and hot water didn’t seem to work.

Brilliant facilities where everyone could have their own room with a bathroom, very spacious and good value for money!

Clean room with comfortable bed and excellent shower. Good variety of tea in the room. Good location close to the town centre with lots of places to eat and drink. Good TV in the room.

Easy to connect to the wifi but wifi did not connect to the internet! Didn't matter - I watched the TV.

my fault I booked a single. a little bit on the small side

Nothing. Could not stay there. Bed looked like it had been slept in . Every room dirty and unkempt . Bathroom bin was full of previous occupants personal waste . Towels thrown on floor and were grey and threadbare . Couldn't access property on arrival . No staff on site and no code sent to phone as stated. There is more but I will not bore you with details

The place in no way resembles website description.Needs to be reported to trading standards. I would not stay there even if you paid me

it was to hot we could of done with a fan but then we never asked for one so not sure if there was one available

Did not take the breakfast option.Clean & comfortable for a single overnight stay.

the only decent thing was the bed.

there were NO staff on site at any time during our stay. bedding had not been ironed and had definitely seen better days. the towels were threadbare and mismatched. breakfast, had anyone wanted it , was not an option as there were no staff in attendance!
