Deincourt Hotel

Always stay here, always great.

Convenient and always a good comfy, clean bed.

Lovely team of staff, close to the center and very clean

The staff were really nice. The room was great, lovely big bed and a nice shower.

The restaurant meal was a little disappointing.

Good value for money. Not too far from the centre. Friendly staff

Bed was too small for us. Double bed and were used to king size

Lovely staff food excellent very clean

Location

Uncomfortable bed.Horrible breakfast. I have stayed there twice now and didn’t have it this time. Buffet breakfast for over £10 not worth it.

Close to town centre

Shower old fashioned Drape around bed base was dirty,

Good location no i didn’t get breakfast so I can’t comment on the food

Could have been cleaner

For the money you can’t expect much more. The room was a good size.

The floors needed a good hoover. Which then made you think what else hadn’t been cleaned 100%. The smoke detectors has an annoying flashing light every couple of minutes.

Good location

I was given a very small room. One of the towels was very dirty. The receptionist was unpleasant. The bed was very small and uncomfortable. The room was clean, but the walls hadn't been painted in a while. I was tired from the long journey and all I wanted was a bath and sleep, as it was only for one night

The staff were all very helpful and the food was excellent.

I was in Room 36 in the Annex and the TV signal was poor at best and non existent on the night when international football was on BBC2, this needs to be improved.

Our room was a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The car parking was excellent, once we realised it was a public car park , with a voucher for free parking. All the staff we encountered were brilliant, helpful and friendly. The taxi list was very helpful, and worked well. Breakfast was very good, the buffet system was just right

It would have been good to have bar snacks before 6pm, even if just cold snacks. The bathroom could do with updating ( although very clean).

Location, price

very slow check in and check out, room was stuffy and smelt of poo

Room & bathroom was well equiped and a good size.Very comfortable bed.

The towels were well passed their best. Very coarse.

Lovely Welcome, clean and warm room & a great hot shower!

All staff from reception at check in and check out including the kitchen staff and housekeeping were outstanding. Breakfast was self service and plenty of cooked and continental available. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Free parking, pleasant staff, seems everything is on hand. Good food

Could have done with an iron in the room but not really a didn't like

Arrived late, got a quick shower (good power) and went out. Left early next morning for work. So didn't sample the food or drink. Reception staff were very helpful about local area.

Nothing against hotel but it's surrounding buildings aren't in very good condition.

Location and staff

Shower was dirty. The window had cobwebs and didn't stay open.

It was only a one night stay. Everything was good, clean and comfortable

Disappointed with the breakfast for the price, could be much more inspiring
