    • - Bathrooms and in particular showers were very clean and exceeded expectations- Free wi-fi was fine
    • Good space in the dining room and common room. Pretty clean too.
    • Location, very friendly staff

    Cons -

    • no és gaire net, i l'esmorzar molt pobre.
    • - Nothing to do really in the hostel (no activities)- Very expensive considering quality -- everything was just "fine" which for a hostel isn't bad but you might expect more from one as expensive as this- Far from train station- Couches in lounge were too small to sleep on, which is important when somebody is keeping your whole dorm awake with their sleep apnea
    • The bunks were tiny — couldn’t sit up in the bottom bunk. The bunkroom felt fairly claustrophobic with six bodies jammed in.

    Location, very friendly staff

Room very small and needing refreshing, bathroom advertised for private use when entire room booked was shared. Bottom bunk beds so low that you can't sit on them. One chair in the whole room. Extremely not sound proof rooms.

Clean, good showers, friendly staff. Good location.

Only one tap in kitchen, cramped space in kitchen. Very low space between bunks and small bunks.

Staff person checking people in was very friendly and helpful. Drying room was a bonus that is appreciated when wet and walking. Didn't use the kitchen but looked well equipped.Communal areas were good and felt welcoming.

Nothing really. Shower wasn't hot but Luke warm

Breakfast price was good for what was offered, and as we had an early start it was great it was out when we awoke. Room was in the corner so fairly quiet. Staff was helpful concerning any questions we had.

Kitchen is excellent. Check in organized. Good signage. Good space in dorm rooms. Comfy beds. Kind staff.

Expensive for a dorm. Incredibly poor WiFi. Have to take public transport to get to hostel, bit far from city center. Check in at 5p is very late. Odd you have to leave the hostel from 10a-5p.

The on-site manager was so friendly and helpful, with great advice for hikes, activities and places to see. Great, well-equipped kitchen. It's a great location if you have a car, since it's several km's outside of Fort William itself. But still close enough to take advantage of the many hikes and activities in and around Fort William as well as Glenfinnan. I didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment. Clean, rather modern bathrooms and there were plenty of them. Nice showers! Parking right outside the hostel was safe. Highly recommend.

The accommodation at Chase the Wild Goose was perfect for us and gave us a comfortable base for the night before our 3 Peaks Challenge. The staff super friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bunkbeds comfy. Bedding nice and clean. Kitchen spotless and had everything we needed. We didn't use the breakfast offered, but it looked very nice. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a great base for Ben Nevis and surrounding areas.

Well-equipped kitchen area suitable for large groups to cook and eat comfortably. I slept on the top bunk bed and I'm glad it did not squeak every time I shifted. Common areas and toilets were also clean.

Wifi was available but a bit slow.

The place is super clean, the beds are comfy and the common room and kitchen are equipped with everything one may need. There even are sofas. Buses and trains connect the village to the centre of Fort William. Last, the hostel looks cute too eheh

Place is a bit old but nice, there is a big common area. Stuff was very friendly.

I wouldn’t recommend booking a breakfast as it was very basic.

Better than I hoped for, comfortable and clean, great staff, good value for money, close to the station for direct onward travel to Fort William and Glasgow. Good shower

    Bathrooms were busy.

I booked what I thought was exclusively for my group, not knowing the venue was a Hostel.

The conformation email 2 days prior to arrive let me know it was a Hostel, I wasn’t happy but it was too late to do anything about that, at least we will be together according to the confirmation email, on arrival our group was split up.

Chris, the chap who was working there, was delightful - really friendly, incredibly helpful and made us really welcome. The free tea and coffee was nice.

We had to make up our beds ourselves. The curtain was a limp piece of rag which didn’t cover the window - a bit of a shame when we were going to bed early so we could get onto Ben Nevis first thing. We had to use the towels we took as impromptu curtains. There were strange and ominous bulges in the sitting room ceiling, so we moved to another sofa. It was expensive for 4 bunk beds and if there had been any other option for hostel accommodation we’d have probably used that instead. However it’s now become a fun family meme, so there’s that.

The kindness of the receptionist, the size of the room, breakfast

Lock and unlock the room door, bathroom cleaness

Free parking on property, super friendly staff, comfortable beds, breakfast available at the property. Great location for Ben Nevis, Neptunes staircase, fort William and Glenfinnan viaduct

The kitchen and bathrooms were a bit unclean, but that might be due to other guests

A cheap place in a nice mountain area. The rooms are clean, the socket extension is nice. There are plenty of spacious bathrooms available.

The beds could be assigned. We arrived quite late with mostly upper bunks available. It was a little bit hard to make the bed without waking up the pearson sleeping on the lower bunk.

The staff at reception were very helpful and it had all the basics we needed for our stay. The location next to Neptune's staircase was also fab
