Holiday Inn Express Droitwich Spa By IHG

A very friendly welcome and a room that had everything you need for a short stay. On the coldest night of the year, the room was quite cold, but we were provided with an additional heater which soon made the room vey comfortable.

Clean and comfortable room. Free parking always a bonus.

Room a bit cold and took ages to get warm .Choice of menu a bit disappointing

Very clean and modern. Swift check in. Very pleasant environment

Parking was difficult even with a disability badge.

Convenient location next to M5, but not noisy. Good breakfast

Small beds. Coffee awful.

It was an ideal location for Worcester, it also has eating facilities on site. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We couldn't get the heating to work, so it was abit chilly in the room. The lighting was adequate.

Very clean and quiet. Friendly helpful staff.

Things were fine for overnight stays or a day or so.Would not be my choice for a long stay, but do not think they are designed for that.I would come to a Holiday Inn Express again for that short stayBreakfasts on the property I think are a big influence on some peoples choice

Getting picky now. Price variation is not always understood, as in supply and demand and day of the week etc. My wife commented that the shower floor was a bit slippery.

The price and location

No A/C or fan. It was really hot in the room.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast

Parking was sometimes a little tricky

Nice spot for an overnight trip. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Staff was very helpful. We needed toothpaste and they brought us small tubes that came with a toothbrush brush.

Had trouble with the remote for TV. They brought another one but it still didn’t work properly. They were busy though so we didn’t bother them again.

Clean, comfortable, good included breakfast

Parking can sometimes be a bit challenging, though I was always able to find a space

Excellent value. Just off the motorway. Extremely quiet.Great staff who were so helpful.Plenty of parking spaces. Choice of rooms.Perfect breakfast choices in an airy dining area.Great choice for an overnight stop.

This is a personal thing but I felt the pillows were not the most comfortable.

Clean, friendly staff, helpful. Comfy beds, good facilities, nice breakfast, good having a drinks & snack fridge on site and an ice machine.

No complaints

My brother was next door so we had a door in middle of room so we could just knock door without leaving room nice bathroom everything was good apart from doggy smell

Thought our bed was small for a double Also too many dogs making the hotel smell a little think you should have separate rooms for dog owners only so rooms don't have a doggy smell

We were fortunate to be very near the lift ! Room was a good size and comfortable

Our dog was made very welcome, great room, staff very good. Did not use many facilities, breakfast ok

Did not stay long enough to say, arrived late night and left early morning.

Staff were great, great value, convenient food options near by. Great for overnight stay on journey to Wales

Well located hotel, the staff are very nice and friendly, the room was a good size with a large comfortable bed. The breakfast is buffet style, the food is good and you want. There is a selection of hot food and continental. Overall the holiday day inn is a good place to stay.

The car park is rather small.

Great friendly staff. Good breakfast, free parking, clean and good sized room.

Smokers outside the main entrance too close.

An almost unbeatable price-performance ratio. Neat room, clean, very good breakfast, reasonable bed, very friendly staff.
