Pros +
- Great welcome by all staff, especially Hotel employee
Cons -
- Our bedroom overlooked the main Harrogate/Ripon road, very busy and noisy! Also the macerator to our en-suite blocked (common occasional problem with all macerators!). But otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
