Crowne Plaza Reading East By IHG

workout, spa, restaurant, excellent bathtub, parking and for me location

no hot tub

Great pool and gym, excellent bed, all mod cons in room.

In all fairness, it was faultless.

Great pool area, friendly staff, food was lovely and hotel was clean!

Nothing I didn’t like!

We liked the ease of access, parking with ev chargers below hotel. Hotel was large but felt nicely set out. room was very comfortable. Large bed. Breakfast was very nice but rather busy as it was Valentine's weekend. The staff in breakfast area were very attentive and great service.

the toaster was very slow! caused queues each breakfast. There could have been more waters in the room

Staff,clean

No jacuzzi,and the set menu

I didn't like the service that much.

Service wasn't that good because we tried so many times to reception we had to wait for an hour to pic our phone up

Food was best thing about our stay and il go as far to say the buffet breakfast was the best breakfast iv ever had at a buffet breakfast

Wines and prosecco were expensive in our opinion. Beer was reasonable. And location was like being in a bit of a ghost town its bang off the motorway exit .But had a lovely time all that being said

Everything staff very polite room very clean Breakfast excellent and a very good range of choices would always stay here when visiting Wokingham

There was nothing to dislike

We had a amazing stay for my partners birthday every staff member welcomed us all super friendly!! The staff in the restaurant were incredible had a lovely guy start with seating us and taking our order then a lady took over and we had a great laugh!! She even brought out a cake with a plate which happy birthday written on it which we didn't ask for!!! Such a kind gesture we'll definitely be back!! Food was amazing!! We had a 3 course meal and every single thing blew us away!!

The only thing I've got is the bed wasn't that comfy and the pillows I couldn't get on with but everything else is 10/10

Food in restaurants was great and breakfast too, I wasn't keen on the afternoon tea but it was nice enough

The afternoon tea I'm surprised it was limited sandwiches which I only liked two out of the four and surprised It was limited to only one tea flavor but I did say to the staff it was lovely when they checked in on the meal as I just wanted a relaxing trip away

New & modern.Good breakfast, gym not bad as hotels go.Nice room, very good bed!

Staff a bit wooden, water filters required on all floors. Gym could be so much better.

Friendly reception, free car park, clean and comfortable room, location is easy road access to Wokingham and about half an hour drive to Heathrow.

I loved it all the comfort the facilities , the great service from the staff

The distance. But its my own fault for not researching. I found out there is a train station right by it which is a big bonus

The welcoming staff were great and very helpful. The rooms are great, light and bright! The decor was fab and could have some of that home. Bath easily fitted one and then two, strong hair dryer! Great place.

That the swimming pool closed early as it was new Years Day!

Professional staff, clean facilities

Temperature - did not feel warm enough in room and thrrmostat would not regulate what was set

The buffet breakfast had a variety of options, including gluten free and was available until 11am which is great for enjoying a relaxing brunch. All staff encountered were very pleasant & helpful.

The disabled room was excellent, large, easy to navigate with a travelator and bathroom facilities very good. It would be good if it had a sanitary disposal bin. The price we paid included breakfast which was very comprehensive

The price we paid included breakfast, not sure if we could afford to pay if breakfast was on top of room price. Breakfast £20 a person was a bit over the top, especially if you only eat a small breakfast.

Very comfortable stay, quiet, clean and friendly staff. Good food options, easy access on the outskirts of Reading so great location.

Drinks are expensive but to be expected in a hotel

Gym ,sauna

Breakfast

Staff were very helpful... Great choice for breakfast.

Luxury of bath was spoilt by emptying mechanism not working properly... Room 603
