Good clean bathroom. It is a new establishment and it is well kept.

Breakfast is nothing to shout out. Standard English breakfast.

Average choice for hot food, the bacon was very nice. Mushrooms & fried egg could be included as scrambled egg was a bit rubbery.Fruit compote was lovely.

Choice of yogurt & probiotics could be provided.Lack of choice with pastries.

I requested late check out. It was precondition and before I booked a room manager confirmed possibility of late check out by phone. I was promised check out at 14:00, my family was asked to leave before 12:00, what significantly ruined my plans.It was very cold in the room (16 deg. Celsius). An air conditioner can heat it only by 3AM (I checked in at 8PM).I chose the option to pay at the property. And paid. Additionally hotel blocked same amount on my card ‘just in case’. I requested manager to unblocked my money, but he didn’t. So I was waiting 30 days to get 450 euro back. Generally very bad communication. I should (and Booking team too) wait several days to get reply by email.Nobody asked me but manager subscribed me to IHG One using my name and email without authorisation. I found it after receiving of huge amount of SPAM.

Clean and modern hotel

Location. It is impossible to rest every night since Thursday night till Sunday morning

Quick check in, comfortable room, good breakfast.

No parking available anymore.. so parking at the square costs 3€ for a night.

The change of breakfast hours between weekdays and weekends was not nice. The breakfast variety was not enough. There were not enough towels and there were no slippers.

Very convenient for shops, pubs and restaurants.

Lovely clean room

We had no hot water so it was little inconvenient but the staff let us use another room and were very helpful.
