No elevators. Sprained my shoulder lifting my load. No computer access.

It was convenient but definitely not 4 star

Menu was limited and did not change from day to day.

Friendly staff, check in was quick and easy. My room was very comfy and spacious and spotless. Food was nice. It was well worth the money paid. I would definitely recommend.

Couldnt find where to buy snacks at late hours as I arrived quite late and didnt want a full meal.

Room was nice and clean, food in the evening was great. Breakfast was basic and luke warm. For the price I paid it was a good stay.

Spoons in the room instead of wooden stirrers

Staff were excellent. Friendly, communicative - smiling and greeting in the corridors as well as at their stations.With a whole American football High School team staying in the hotel they managed to keep up with breakfast (that's 100 players, coaches and chaperones)!

The breakfast was very delicious and presented well. The staff was very kind to my wife and newborn providing anything needed to ensure we had a wonderful breakfast.

Breakfast buffet was very nice, dining room staff very polite. Lobby bar staff very polite as well.

Pool was no longer in operation, although it was listed on website as amenity. Check-in staff seemed ambivalent about time efficient process. Would not share room #s of others in our wedding party-family members.Location is remote, no hotel shuttle service, had to take a local bus from Waltham Cross to access property and then had to walk several blocks to entrance, dragging our luggage. When we asked for front desk to assist with ordering a taxi it was a delayed process which caused us to miss our train and incur extended wait at station, and we had given ourselves plenty of time initially.

Great service and overall cleanliness of the facility. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Price is kind of high but guess it is the average price of the area

No refrigerators in the room, no laundromat facilities and not within walking distance of anything. Without a car and no refrigeration facilities it is difficult to stay for longer periods. Costs for laundry and meals are too expensive

The breakfast in the Cast Iron was excellent with tons to choose from. It was a buffet and I felt the price was very good. We also enjoyed the mattress in the room. Very comfortable.

No fridge in room. No pool or spa. Service in the lounge was very slow.

Attitude of checking in staff. Raised concerns about cleanliness and certain issues with tv and broken bathrooms. As I paid through booking.com I was directed to complain to them!

Nothing, grubby hotel, poorly stocked bar and awful food.

Checking in very slow, requested quiet room and allocated one right next to the stairs so every other resident walked past our room. More so, I booked a room with Booking.com for what I thought was that evening but I selected the wrong month ( April not March ) and realized within 2 minutes so I rang the hotel to change. Delta Hotels told me I needed to speak to Booking.Com so I rang them and guess what, they told me I need to speak to Delta ( as expected! ) Booking.com told me even though I booked 5 minutes ago I did not select the right to cancel ( why would I when booking was for that day ) so it is at Deltas discretion to cancel. Booking.Com emailed Delta on my behalf explaining. As I needed a room for that night I had to re book and pay again hoping Delta would refund my first booking made in error. However I never heard another thing from Delta despite having already stayed there twice that month. Bottom line is Booking.com did not want to lose their commission and Delta lack empathy and goodwill despite my loyalty and intention to stay their many times in the future. The booking made in error is actually for tonight (25/04 ) but we can't go so room paid for and wont be occupied. I will never stay with Delta Hotels again or book through Booking.Com as so many other options and no need to give my business to companies who take your money and run. Yes Delta, you have an extra £114 in your coffers but the loss will be ten fold that to you each year. Short sighted indeed!

Sausages, beans, fruits, orange juice

The hotel was really clean, the staff were so welcoming and accommodating and the bed was comfortable.

Location was good, breakfast was really good. Loads of variety, food was nice and hot.

Our tub was stained in corners brown like rust looking stuff which didn’t come off. Would prefer them to either get that sorted. My next door neighbours also confirmed their tub was stained which doesn’t make it nice. Looks dirty and the showers are not even powerful at all. Our tub also was draining very slow that it would fill the tub up even when showering whilst draining slowly. Also the property charged us twice. We had previously prepaid our stay weeks before we checked in and the day we checked out we was charged again and had to drive back to the hotel to get it sort due to not having the option on the phone to speak to reception.

Beautiful clean comfortable and so accommodatingWe stayed over Easter there was a gift in the room and an egg hunt for the children with an Easter egg prize all free so thoughtful of them ? they were always smiling and helpful even lent me safety pins for my wedding outfit wonderful hotel
