A room nearer reception as we were moving house, elderly and very tired

Friendly Staff . Comfortable bed , Food excellent

Car Park was full initially so had to park offsite. Stayed here before and normally no issue parking. Later the car park cleared slightly and I was able to gain access around 18.00 Bathroom door was jamming

Allocated parking, quiet area

The water temperature in the shower was just lukewarm

Lovely staff. Comfortable and spacious room. Immaculately clean and well presented accommodation My second visit as I loved it the first time.

I'd like shampoo and conditioner to be provided (and a better hairdryer) The bath was lovely but the in bath shower was underpowered.

The breakfast was great all freshly cooked. Staff we all very friendly. Evening meals were plentiful. The age of the building was amazing and very sympathetically done.

Don't believe I would change anything.

Room was a suite, arrived late at night and left early morning after breakfast so for what I required everything was good. Breakfast was good. Hotel was close to A303 for our journey.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in delightful village. Excellent breakfast and extensive dinner menu. We had a junior suite which was very nicely appointed, lounge area with 50" tv, bedroom area with 50" tv, kitchen & bathroom

Outside furniture was extremely poor but inside good

Very comfortable hotel in a quiet location. The rooms are large and spacious and the facilities very good. The restaurant does an excellent dinner with a good selection of wines. Breakfast was excellent too.

Lovely location, cottage modern and in good condition with nice outside space. Comfortable beds. Restaurant meal was very good. Character of main bar and restaurant was lovely. Parking was good.

A couple of things were missed in cleaning. Kettle was old and lid was broken. Could do with a toaster and printed out instructions for quite complicated oven to avoid finding manual on line.

The fan above the bed was a bonus as it was an extremely warm night.Had our evening meal in restaurant - plenty of choice and good value. staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice again.Used this Hotel as it was near relatives we were visiting. Would do so again if the need arose.

I really liked that it had a gym which was very clean & extremely well equipped for it’s size Liked it had a restaurant & my dinner was reasonably priced & absolutely delicious

Very difficult to use the hairdryer as you had to move a large heavy freestanding mirror & there was no surface to put it on
