Cons -
- got locked in after 10pm and told we cant leave. slept awfully, very uncomfortable, very eary and my whole body was itching and flared up when i was in the bed and woke up in the monring. I then passed out at breakfast due to whatever was in the room making my body itch.
- Dated decor. Lighting a bit dim. TV remote didn't work, kettle didn't switch off.
- Only drawback for me was accessibility. I struggle a little with stairs and steps and there were lots of small steps, even on the ground floor There were disabled parking spaces but then steps into the hotel! I did manage these slowly.I would still stay here again as it was excellent value for.money.

Plenty parking. Great WiFi service. Friendly staff.
Good location with parking
Cobwebs in the room and corridor. Not being able to bring a visitor after 8pm. Generally, the interior decor looked tired.
Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean room. Secluded parking for motorcycle.
Had to ask for first room to be changed - but this was done swiftly.Loo flush a bit erratic.Long walk from entrance to rooms.
It looked ok from the outside
The room was not serviced during my stay. A duty tea cup was left without being replaced and as only one cup was in the room that was unacceptable. The toilet did not flush properly. When I complained I was told that rooms are not serviced at weekends! I was also told to leave the toilet cistern to fill before using. I had been out of the room for nine hours! I decided to leave and packed my bag. As I left the reception staff only then said that I could move rooms. Too late. I booked the holiday inn and left. I should like a refund.
The room was not comfortable and we had to cancel the booking. My money for 2nd day also didn't get refunded while I was confirmed for one day refund.
The Internet, the food was good and the room was good. Will definitely consider coming back.
The staff are friendly and helpful. My daughter had a noisy night with little sleep in single room 132 but was promptly moved to a quiet room once she let them know.
Needs updating inside… very tired including the bathrooms. For the price, I was surprised at home basic and dated the property was.
Room were good size, staff was very friendly and helpful, there was an onsite bar and restaurant, and the breakfast was excellent.
Overall not bad for the money
Bathroom was somewhat dated. Bath taps tight & shower use disappointing
Clean and staff helpful
Threadbare carpet in hallways and breakfast had to be ordered a day in advance
Free wifi
Very very outdated. The heating diddnt work. The cold tap never stopped running, the toilet flush handle was loose, the bath front was rotten, there was no hand wash, beds were very worn and uncomfortable.
Friendly staff, decent room, good value for money, good breakfast. Would stay again.
Staff, so very friendly. Went out of their way to please. Nice food in the restaurant. Bed was comfortable.
Place needs some updating. Does need modernising. But good service nonetheless.
Nice welcome and plenty of tea/coffee in rooms.Pleasant restaurant.
There was no mat to put in the bath when showering. There was a strong smell of cleaning products in the room.Breakfast was nice but could have been hotter.
Staff were friendly and welcoming. The place is obviously old but value for money. The bed was comfortable.
ease of check in
the radiator was very hot but there was no means to turn it down or offthe shower was very poor, very little water pressure
