Clean, convenient location and lovely staff

The place clean, spacious rooms, easy to locate but no parking space , however there is a paid parking

-The water in bathroom was not hot, -TV didn't have movie channels -Couldn't watch football -No sofa in such large room

Car park was across the street under a subway, not ideal for a woman traveling alone.

Great value for money only stayed a night but all staff was very friendly and room was nice and big.

All very nice, and it was an executive suite. Although perfectly appropriate, it was just like a slightly better Premier Inn.

Tired fixtures and fittings. Quite a small room for executive’ standards

Everything was provided, even though it was Xmas eve and Xmas day. The staff were very helpful and always available. We will definitely do this again next year.

The whole room was more than suitable but tv size was great and glad bath was in room

Hotel in that area , charging for parking your car, that am not happy about that.

The staff were very friendly at both the reception and at breakfast time. No parking was available on site but since we were late arriving the receptionist allowed us to park outside the entrance which was really appreciated. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice.

The gym was out of use due to restoration, and this was not written in the description nor it was highlighted when I arrived. this was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.The breakfast should also contain gluten free products and it doesn't.

Room was lovely. I am vegan and they really catered for me during lunch that was prepared. Only thing there wasn't a hot vegan dessert. Not much variety for breakfast as a vegan but I was happy with what I got. All in all very impressed with staff and cleanliness of hotel.

The breakfast snacks we got for the training weekend, I was on only had pastries which weren't vegan but unsure if the staff knew there was vegan customers to cater for.

We were upgraded to executive rooms, the breakfast was good quality and lots of choice, the parking was hit and miss if you could get a space and £12 per day is not cheap but ok.

Apart from parking I really couldn't complain about the hotel.

Staff were very good, happy, polite, easy check in. Newly refurbished room, was nicely done, comfortable bed, including usb sockets. Close location, walking distance, to train station and nearby central Stevenage.

Price doesn’t relate to similar nearby hotels, premier inn, Wetherspoons, or Manor House which are 50% cheaper. Considering the higher price, I was shocked to find they charged extra for car parking.

Parking at hotel a little pricey. Did not wish the multi storey. A little dust on side of headboard. Front of shower needed a wipe . Bed and towels perfect . Great shower and warm room. Great breakfast. Polite service by staff. Overall would definitely stay again
