Staff were great & food was of a good standard.

The accommodation did not reflect the overnight rate.

Great location, free parking, comfortable bed.

Communal areas not clean, hallways and stairs needed hoovering. Generally a rooms and surrounds were a little tired.

Good location for the M1. Good staff. Decent enough meal & breakfast in restaurant.

Building a bit tired/worn in places.

The Ramada is in DESPERATE need of a refurb. Everything from the lifts, to the carpets in the hallways and the rooms themselves need a complete overhaul. The staff do their best to keep what remains clean but it’s all getting tatty & threadbare to say the least!

Nothing, everything was fine.

The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. My heater wasn't working and the team done everything they could to get it sorted. There was a good atmosphere in the communal areas.

The food wasn't the best. My jacket potato was microwaved until it was solid, the next evening the chicken burger was also solid, but the chips were raw. I don't understand as it took 40 minutes before the food came out. The other 2 nights the food was ok though. Even though I didn't enjoy the food, I will definitely stay here again as the staff really are lovely and the room was comfortable.

My room was absolutely filthy. The bin was full of rubbish, the surfaces had smears of goodness knows what all over them

Bathroom could've done with a refresh,door needed some paint,couldn't adjust shower head.Breakfast was a disappointment,it was only warm and could hardly put a knife through the sausages.Should've opted for continental .

I couldn't fault anything about the. Room or the facilities available everything was superb it surpassed my expectations, the staff were so friendly and helpful, they even managed to find me a sewing kit when I had a button fall off my work attire, with ample free parking and close to the M1 literally within 5 minutes I was on the M1 a great location for me I was working in Wakefield Huddersfield and Sheffield I chose this hotel as I have stayed here before and it's location was perfect for me,

Very very basic hotel carpets work down stairs chairs like cardboard bed so uncomfortable and very small all in all very standard basic set up

Terrible. The heating in the room was 35° . Unbelievable. The window would open a inch.It would not go down and a red light was flashing and lighting up the room. This started at 2.30am. Up all night trying to turn off. Drinking water. And both woke up with sore throats. Couldn't wait to get outside in the morning and didn't bother to shower. Went straight to the reception desk but after a wait no one turned up. Unbelievable We have stopped there plenty of times and that's the 1st we had this problem.

Location was convenient. Staff were very good.

Food was ok. Toilet didn’t have hand wash. Had to ask for it.

Very dated decor and furnitures.Had someone constantly smoking on the floor I was staying with the cigarettes smell constantly present in my room, had warned staff several times, but nothing was done (I assume it was staff who smoked).Poor quality of breakfast (cheap sausages, bread); eggs were not cooked, had to ask.

It was well organised and everything was on working condition 10/10 couldn’t debate about the price either perfect. Also the staff very well mannered caring and Js amazing people fun to talk and engage with

Hallway carpets were filthy with dirt collected along all the edges and stains near lift. Lift was very dirty and smelly. Breakfast was poor with dried out food at 9am in the morning.

It is dated. The menu isnt great. The carpets were old and dirty. The room was cold. The restaurant was uninviting.The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. I stay at Premier Inn next time Lighting in the room was broken
