Nice big room, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

It was pretty loud, and sadly the restaurant wasn't open for some reason, bit annoying especially when travelling with a 3 year old.

Good location and price. Staff were friendly. Hotel nice and clean.

Very little sound insulation between the floors, I thought there were elephants above us at 3am in the morning.

The fact Ibis only take cards to pay.i am 92 years old and I felt insulted that cash could not be used. And in to stay had to do a return trip to a cash point. In a taxi. I will NEVER Never go this hotel or Ibis again NEVER

The smell in the corridors ,they were also dark and dingey.Rooms are not signposted well.The breakfast was inedible, definitely not worth the money. The lady who worked in the restaurant clearly didn't know what she was doing (seemed to be a manager as she was in own clothes)

The hotel's location is convenient, but the inside is a different story. The corridor feels dark, with black walls that make the dirt on the floor hard to see. Each step echoes, suggesting the passage hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The room rates are high at £110 per night, and breakfast is not included. On top of that, you have to pay extra for parking even though the hotel is far from the city center. This takes away from the overall value of your stay.

The experience included unwelcome reception, along with some concerns regarding the cleanliness of the corridors, which appeared tiered and in need of attention. Additionally, it is important to ensure that the pricing remains reasonable for guests.

The staff were friendly and professional. The Receptionist even helped us with the new car park booking system. The room was large, clean and well equipped with ample tea and coffee, milk, bottles of water and toiletries, and the bed was very comfortable. Despite the heat, the room was cool and the sound of the traffic was just a distant hum. Breakfast offered a good range of hot and cold food and the serving staff were pleasant and attentive.

The bedside lights didn't work - one of them didn't even have a bulb - which made late night reading tricky.

Rooms are great. Bathrooms are little small but fine for what need them for. Bed was really comfortable. Staff very helpful.

Just a little out the way so fine as long as you drive.

had to hold down switch on kettle and fan in bathroom room stayed on all night.

The room modern. Well furnished with comfortable mattress. Good shower.

Room could be cold, didn't like the heating system. As travelling on own had to remove card which then appeared to reset heating. However issue was resolved by being given second card.

Check in was abit difficult and I had a horrible buzzing noise that would only stop if we took the card out of the electric point
