The receptionist was very helpful

Very comfortable, reasonable price. Convenient for a quick stop over.

Had to drive for a decent meal as only fast food available.

It was clean and comfy with a lovely view

All staff members were approachable, friendly & very helpful.

The shower curtain needs cleaning or replacing. The smell was unpleasant but bearable.

Accommodation was very good. Unexpectedly beautiful location and view. Would certainly recommend it and stay again if required to.

The lady on reception was fantastic and really friendly and welcoming. Room was reasonably priced for what you got.Great Lake views. Clean but bathroom had lots of wear and tear.Double bed comfy on one side but mattress could do with being replaced for two occupants.

Location for us was fine

Not the best welcome with the reception grill down.Room decor was very old and paint bubbling on side units next to the bed.The light fittings were caked in dust and the room was like a sauna. Thankfully there was a fan.

Staff are great, very help helpful. Easy stop on long journey south.

only thing was location to nearest nightlife but thats to be expected as it is off the M6 so you know this before booking.

We didn't realised that this hotel was in a services. But were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful lake view from the room. The hotel could probably do with some work. The room was spacious, but old and not really clean. The bathroom had dust sitting in the corners, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet, the drain in bath was rusted and the towel rack heater didn't work.

Beautiful view of the lake. Great price. Convenient location. Peaceful despite being on a service station.

Although a lovely room that had views over the lake, I was surprised that the ground floor is actually 2 staircases below reception. No lift. If you have mobility needs then make sure to book an accessible room. The Staff did give me support with my luggage

Convenient, clean and tidy. Reception staff very friendly.

Skirting boards were the only thing that needed a clean. Everything else was good.
