About
Located in the village of Ravenstonedale, this hotel has a riverside garden where you can often see red squirrels roaming. Rooms at The Black Swan are elegant in design, with traditional wooden furnishings. Each has its own bathroom, a flat-screen TV and facilities for making tea and coffee. Some have charming old features like open fireplaces. Breakfast is provided each morning, and you can dine in the bar, or in either of the 2 restaurants. Food is freshly made from local produce, with a range of dishes to choose from. The building is located in the Eden Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Yorkshire Dales National Park can be reached in around 15 minutes by car, and Lake Windermere is less than 30 miles away.
