Pros +
- The room was nice and cosy
- Location, Parking, EV Charging, Room.
- Clean rooms
Cons -
- when the room was cleaned additional milk and tea were not replenished, It was very noisy during the first night's stay which was not pleasant
- Restaurant - menu was bland and had to wait for staff to appear.Breakfast - again had to wait for staff, in the end I just found myself a table and helped myself.
- I found the staff on reception quite rude / arrogant. Also confusion over parking charges. Having to pay for parking when staying over and attending an event at the hotel was quite surprising

Room is nice and cosy
Bathroom is outdated and front door could be better as noise from corridor is loud
Location was ok
When we arrived we ordered a drink and a lunch which took over 2 hours to arrive. The breakfast in the morning was all cold.I paid for a room upgrade which cost £20 when we arrived with others in our party we were all given the same rooms which cost them £20 less i have complained to cedar court but was told I had the upgrade not very helpful at all and said i needed to complain to booking.com as it was prebooked through them. Needless to say I won't be booking again .
Convenient for motorway access, plenty of parking close to the hotel and efficient check-in. The room was clean and spacious, the bed comfortable and there was a nice view of hills around Bradford. The lounge was OK; the seating was a bit cramped. The manager, Naz, is lovely and very helpful. She is always available to the residents and will always find a solution to any question.
Really clean and convenient, it was also good value
The shower was Luke warm
Good position on the outskirts of the city. Comfortable beds and room and really lovely staff
Cold plates at breakfast
Easy access, very clean, large comfortable room
It was very clean and the staff were great
Our room had very poor lighting the lamps did not work only the doorway light and the radiator was extremely noisy the bed was not a double as we had booked but 2 beds put together so you could feel the middle which made for an uncomfortable sleep
Nice reception area
Large groups on teenagers who apparently take up to 70 rooms every month or so. WARNING they had room parties from 1-3:50 a.m., which the night porter struggled to quell. The hotel mixes this group among normal guests room. Long journey following day, so not best pleased
Breakfast was good
WiFi poorDining room coldNoisy fan in bathroom Squeaky Bathroom doorExpensive parking
Class A hotel from the minute you stand outside. Fabulous spacious room and bathroom. Heated towel rail, large towels. Water flow hot and steady. Great night's sleep: comfortable bed, blackout curtains. Silent heating (but radiator rattles when cooling). Hotel phone in room. Big TV. Ample parking. Near to centre. Restaurant on site/room service.
Hard pillows (OK for me). Thin walls: woken by conversation in next room, ventilation motor in bathroom and constant doors closing in corridor. No amenities nearby. But these things wouldn't put me off staying again.
Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff
Basic rooms is very basic (plastic cups in the bathroom?) not a problem Breakfast is a littleLimited
The hotel was lovely and the restaurant was really nice with good food and range friendly staff on the bar.
Not been told in advance of my stay that it was a cashless hotel. With no other means of payment the hotel manager did agree to take it in the end. No before I was embarrassed in the middle of the lobby. The acceptable rooms are on the second floor while no accessible are on the first floor.
This hotel is the best we have used in Bradford. Plentiful and super convenient parking with small charge of £4. Nice buffet breakfast and spacious public areas. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The main issues were with the heating and water. Heating not on in the room and once we figured out the heater it was a good 12 hours to get properly warm. Also no hot water on first morning. Discussed with the manager who explained that it happens when there's a rush on with a lot of guests and the gym is busy. It wouldn't put me off using the hotel - you could work around that issue.
Everything from the room to the gym also liked how you could play pool and darts in the bar area
I didn’t like that they got rid of there pool as I was expecting a pool as it stats they have a pool on there website
Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and quick check in/out process.
Have to pay to park at the hotel!!!!Menu isn't great, food is passable.
Staff were great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, nice restaurants, good selection at the breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed, good size room.
Having to pay extra for parking on the hotel premises. Toilet flush was temperamental, sink plug broke. And a pet hate at a growing number of hotels , cold plates at a breakfast buffet.
Friendly staff, good clean comfortable rooms
