- Staff and position were excellent
- The staff were really nice and helpful. And the room was really clean.
- We stayed on a room only basis so didn't use any facilties, although theroom 141 was very quiet.
Cons -
- The beds are awful, shower is a trickle, rooms are getting tired.
- The flush handle on the toilet keeps on falling off and the shower pressure wasn’t up to par. And there wasn’t a plug for the bath.
- Our room was dusty, the carpet was very stained and the bathroom was grimey. The room was cold despite the extra heater which was provided.

The foyer and the grounds are beautiful
I was in a very dated room, very far from reception. The staff and hotel appear to be more accommodating to function guests rather than residential guests.
Nothing at all
The room was freezing cold no heating on at all I asked for a classic family room n I got 3 single beds in it when I asked if there was a double bed n single in the the room n they go yes when this wasn’t true
Good location, room as expected, good wifi, comfy bed, plenty of parking, staff pleasant. Didn't have breakfast.
Location good Good value for money Excellent breakfast
Good budget hotel, easy to find from the main road.
I would have preferred a room closer to an exit as I had a dog to traipse through the hotel every time she needed out.
Great location, wonderful staff and great value for money.
Very quite , staff were welcoming and plenty of car park spaces
The hotel is dated Broken window in out room Mould on the tiles
We didn’t stay we came...
It was very unclean, dust on lampshades, hair on bathroom sink. Pillows and covers not changed from last customers. Smelt funny
Handy location.
The building is run down and smells of damp. Room furniture old and damaged. There was no hot water in our room in the morning, the man on reception said he had tried but could not fix it. No apology. The photo is very flattering, we expected an elegant country house feel. Most of the rooms are in big travelogue-style extensions, with lower standards of upkeep. Very few staff, reception and bar left unattended for much of the evening. This has seen better days. Was quite cheap though!
A lively stay Will visit again Better than premier inn
A long wall to room on second floor
Good size room in good condition
Walls are very thin i could hear next rooms very clearly
Good location, nice surroundings, everything you would want for a stay.Close to Saltaire and Bingley for local shops.
Good price and great breakfast
No lift in the old building and a long walk to the room
The receptionist was the perfect balance of polite, friendly and welcoming without being over the top. Nice room with no disturbance from other guests. Lovely, well stocked breakfast.
We had a view over to the busy road. The room was in the nasty 1960s monstrosity section of the hotel but it was still nicely furnished and pleasant on the inside!
Beautiful surroundings and buildings well equipped and free parking
The shower head is rather outdated and the sink had two taps both hot and cold
Breakfast was outside my time slot so didn’t use the facility . Had evening meal was adequate. Price of a pint was extortionate at £7.30 which is dearer than London luckily I only had the one .
Place needs a bit of tlc in certain parts
Although an old building it was ok
Obviously there is/has been leaks along some passages where buckets were collecting the water
