Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable room.

The staff were pleasant and helpful including housekeeping. The facilities with nice toiletries and access to hot drinks machine in the dining area.The breakfast was goodThe room and bathroom were clean

The heater wasn't working room was cold and no instructions to turn in heating. We slept in a very cold room and already had colds! However when reported it was resolved and extra heater supplied the next day. It would have been nice to get an apology. The mattresses were worn slightly uncomfortable but bearable.We noticed some cups and cutlery were not cleaned properly.

Located close enough to central Bradford, parking excellent and local entertainment and food restaurants. Breakfast excellent.

No USB ports in room

Well located by Interchange station and Alhambra theatre for our needs. Friendly kind staff. Warm immaculate room on a very windy evening. Nice bar/restaurant area. Great view up the hilly part of the city. Breakfast was good well served. Fair choice. Price was really good for their great attentive service. I would recommend for all the hotel provides at such a superb price. And service

Great location, walkable from the train station. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, room was comfortable and breakfast was great. Didn't encounter any issues during my stay. Excellent value for money. Will stay again next time I'm in Bradford.

My son and family love your hotel. I treated him to his stay. He said they all love it. Breakfast is great. So glad we can treat them to this break

Not much, whole stay was ruined. from safety concerns to being ill because of the tap water, it was all a bad experience.

Someone tried getting into my room Wednesday night smashing on my door trying to open the handle constantly, my room was infested with moths which was so weird they where in the bed ,the shower, all over my clothes everywhere. Woke up with rashes all over my body , I've been unwell the past 3 days from drinking the tap water.

We liked the cleanliness, staff friendliness, free breakfast and the excellent pricing.

The only thing we didn't like was the lack of plugs in the bedroom. It was an issue for us.

Great location

It needs a bit of a revamp and some TLC to make it comfortable. Carpets and beds need to improve they look rundown .
