Room cold shower too hot to use summer quilts torn bedding heating was put on when asked heater provided bathroom cold no heating towel rail didnt work reported it

Great location and convenient for work. Good secure parking that is locked at night. Breakfast was good and a good selection.

The menu was excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. All the staff were very kind, helpful and friendly.

The cold weather didn't help! At first the room was too cold but then once heated was too much over night with the very comfortable thick duvet.

Small but clean and adequate room. Great Breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities and enjoyed using the bar in the evening. Highly recommend.

The shower was difficult to adjust temperature on, it was scalding hot. Reported the issue and the receptionist got a service engineer on the case.

Everything from reception to the room to the food was perfect. I arrived earlier than planned and reception kindly held my bags. I returned later on to check and a very enjoyable keenly priced dinner. And breakfast was even better again. All the staff were friendly, kind and made me feel valued as a guest.

The room was spacious Wen we arrived was greeted by 2 members of staff felt very welcome

Nothing to had we had a nice time the evening meal was lovely well presented the breakfast was lovely too

Bed was hard to sleep on , the room was red hot had to turn the radiator off open the window. The bathroom or kitchen extraction could be heard through the walls .

Great location, lovely hotel , staff very friendly and helpful, Room was very nice , also it was great for the checkout you didn’t need to be out while 11 , would definitely stay here again

The hotel was easy to find just off the M62. Good amount of available parking The room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful.Breakfast was lovely.I would certainly recommend the hotel and will stay again when we visit the Halifax area.Many thanks to the staff

Nice little hotel. Nice rooms good bar and nice reception the staff were lovely on hand for anything I needed really enjoyed our visit.

Easy to find

Nothing really , a little dated interiors, but clean and comfortable.

The room was large and very clean & tidy,the staff were friendly,the breakfast was a bit disappointing on the first morning ,we ordered salmon from the menu ,but there wasn't any,but I enjoyed the full breakfast ,my husband didnt eat meat,(which is why salmon was ordered)on the third night the toaster stopped working,then the chef brought out a small toaster,which a few of us couldnt get to work,till we found out it wasn't switched on at the plug,.so our breakfast went a bit cold while waiting for the toaster,but the staff were very apologetic and did there best to please us...we would come again,but we would try get a room further away from the lounge area where all the noise was coming from..some rubber door seals might be helpfull to stop the doors slaming and a bit of padding and a draught excluder on the gap of the adjoining door would be a big bonus.......

The noise coming from adjoining bedroom,could hear talking,the tv was left on till 4am in morning,could hear the music from downstairs because but too much bass ,so it was boom boom boom till midnight,also people going along corridors and letting the door slam behind them,we found it really noisy .we appreciate that there was a party going on,but added noise from the hotel doors and the gaps between the adjoining door,made it impossible to sleep...

It was minus two on our stay , yet we were really cosy and warm. A lovely stay , and amazing breakfast

Maybe needs a lamp on the desk to make the vibe more chilled on an evening

Room was very good. Breakfast was also very good and staff really nice and helpful

Ground floor and near road, so a bit noisy from the drunken guests to the Wedding, chatting outside our window.
