rooms are a bit dated. 2 of the 3 lamps did not work and no central light. Not good for doing your hair/make up. You could not move the shower head so hair got wet even though I didnt want to get it wet.

It was very clean and the food was very good staff very friendly.

Pillows to big .u need to put small Pillows also in the room .

The surroundings were lovely, nice bit of country side

On arrival at reception we spoke to a lady about checking in, there was two lads sat on back counter behind her which I found very strange and quite intimidating to be honest, literally staring at us as we checked in… bath water was yellow and bed was really uncomfortable, the room was very clean though.

I loved the staff Ali, safera and mustafa were all exceptional

The bed, mattress, the size of the room, free parking, staffs were all good and great.

The shower was very short to the wall & outdated. (Couldn’t stretch it out to shower my baby)Likewise the radiators in room we stayed were not working. And the ceiling heating system was not warming up, so the room was just like Autumn cooling.

The male on the reception was very polite and has been every time I attended! Thankyou Ali!

The staff were helpful the best he could be.

As I have a disability and find it difficult to go up stairs and walk for more than 200 meters, The lift was out if order, so the journey to the 2nd floor for room to sleep all 3 of us was difficult to get to with so many steps.Got into room, very cold and even though we asked fir a heater it was loud and still didn't warm room up as much as it needed to be,hence I work up several times in absolute agony due to spasms and cramps in my legs due to the cold.The duvets are thin.The room looked un-kept,The bathroom was freezing and dated shower. The sink tap is not positioned correctly when on and top of tap leaver touches the shelf.The hair dryer is not functional to hold the button to continue to use when we have difficulties with arthritis in my hand.None of the radiators work and nore did the heater above the bathroom doorway. Our over stay was no where near satisfactory and not comfortable at all.

Ali at the rec was very helpful provided great service and helped with the change of the room without any issue Highley recommend.

The staff were brilliant safera the receptionist was amazing and so was Ali the receptionist who worked nights they were exceptional!

The whole visit was excellent. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Room excellent and spotlessly clean with all necessary facilities. Breakfast was very good, great variety, quality food. Location good and very easy to get to.

The only thing I can suggest to make an improvement is to make the cooked breakfast slightly hotter. Having said that it was still very good.

Its a very beautiful hotel. Its not modern but still so clean. The two staff i. Met there the male and female were so friendly and super welcoming.
