clean, warm, comfortable.

staff had no record of my booking yet I had proof, which I had to show them, they also entered one of the rooms at 8am whilst I was sleeping because their system was saying the room was empty. I dont know who was at fault here but ir certainly wasnt me.

The room was lovely and a nice size, very clean, the bed was very comfortable.

The room was fantastic so was the staff, in all we had a nice and memorable stay.

1. The cashless policy for payment didnt go down well for us foreigners and there was no alternate mode of payment, this should be looked into. 2. The separate payment for breakfast is not okay, i think it should be a complimentary service.

Comfy, clean, easy check in, easy parking (paid), easy location for city centre. Bed was king size in our "Twin" room (which had a double and single bed so really a triple) - this wasn't clear on booking but a nice surprise.

Very minor gripe that the shower head is fixed on the wall - I prefer when you can move it.

The location was perfect. The hijabi staff in the end trying to resolve our issues.

The receptionist giving us keys to an occupied room, seeing half naked man in there. Also did not like asking for 24 hours to finally get a cot. The single twin in the room had dirty bedsheets on.

Book in/out simple -no issues. Interested in the online system which we may use next time.Stayed several times and standards remain high.Breakfast very good.

First room the TV didn't work, the staff agreed to move us but I was already in the bath, so inconvenient to pack up again.The 2nd room there was some sort of dripping water sound for most of the night, room 211

Clean, comfortable, twin rooms had two double beds which was fabulous. Centrally located, close to city centre and the Alhambra.

Our TV didn't work, we didn't report it as it was late and decided we didn't need it that much! The water pressure in the shower was awful! When first turned on it was really powerful, but freezing, as soon as you turned the temperature warmer the pressure dropped and dropped, I couldn't have washed my hair under it but for a one night stay just needing a quick wash it was just about OK. It's a shame as the rest of the experience was fabulous.

Good location, fab shower, decent bed, great pillows. Staff very helpful and lots of rooms. Easy to get around the city

It could do with new carpets in common areas and a lick of paint in the rooms but on the whole fine. Breakfast was lukewarm but decent spread

Food is a bit expensive in my opinion (I'm from Yorkshire)

I extremely frustrated when they told they didn't have parking even though their entire basement parking was there but closed because of the new parking center where we have to pay extra

Not clean.. staff not helpful.. housekeeping is bad. It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but the person next to my room spent the night smoking and the management did not deal with it. Hotel is not calm.. loud voices and noise all the time

Everything else - the whole hotel is old, dirty, and noisy.For 3 nights, the corridor was dirty even though saw many Hoovers laying around. You can hear the rooms being made up after the check-outs, so there is a lot of slamming and what not. The staff are nice, but this hotel is not at all as advertised or pictured.

Clean modern and very comfortable. Excellent value. Great location very comfy beds and no disturbance. Staff very efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will stay again. Great range of breakfast and clean modern dining room.

Breakfast very good value but some items only luke warm. Otherwise great.

Always friendly reception staff, relatively clean. Did find an old make up brush on the floor of my room upon arrival but otherwise clean and tidy.
